전체 평가 및 리뷰 STAY wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort

This is my second time at the hotel. It's quite impressive with the overall service and pleasant stay here. I actually love the Onsen and Spa package most.

ห้องดี เหมือนในรูป การบริการดี แม้เราจะเจอห้องมีปัญหา 2 ครั้ง แต่ทาง รร ได้จัดการหาห้องใหม่ให้ ถือว่าผ่าน เห็นลูกค้าเป็นคนสำคัญ

The worst experience we have ever had on such a five star hotel. The check in experience was terrible. We landed late and headed to hotel arrived around midnight. The night shift reservation spend almost half an hour only to check in with 7people of us in one group(all 7 ID cards are handed to him promptly without complication) Can you believe that? and guest what he assigned us to the wrong room number. Yes we go to the room written on the card and couldn't get in! We travel as a family and clearly told the man that my father has a condition that he struggling on walking he has to use wheel chair! In short, the man send us to the building that has no elevator and assigned us to stay in the second floor. Then we cannot get in to the room and moved to another building that has no elevator and it is still on the second floor! After the long tragic we finally have our rooms almost 2 AM. in the morning. After that the air-con in one of our room didn't work so they spend some more time to fix it and it's finished at 4AM. There are so many times we moved the room on our 2nights stay with the air-con and electricity system problem. Dead battery for TV remote control and such. They are not so ready to welcome guest and shouldnt have called themselves a "FIVE STARS HOTEL" ***Highly not recommended***

ดีมากคะ เราไปเป็นครอบครัว6คน จองวิลล่า3ห้องนอน บ้านสวยอุปกรณ์ครบ ส่วนตัวมาก มีออนเซนและฟิตเนสที่รร.เลย ฟิตเนสฟรี24ชมใหญ่ดีคะ ออนเซนดีคะจ่ายค่าบริการเพิ่มคะ สปาก็ดีมากของle spa มีในรร.เลยคะ

환영인사가 좋았고, 서비스도 아주 좋았고, 웰컴 드링크, 차가운 타올, 사진에서 보는 것처럼 아름다운 객실이었습니다. 침대가 부드럽고 편안했고, 레인샤워도 있었고, 라와이 비치와 나이한 비치까지 셔틀도 운행했습니다. 다시 갈 기회가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 🥰😍😘

리셉션 직원은 매우 좋은 서비스를 제공했습니다. 그늘진 분위기 주변에는 나무가 있습니다. 개인적이고 휴식에 적합한 호텔입니다. 골목에 위치해 있습니다. 밤에 교통 소음 없이 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 침대는 매우 편안합니다.

ห้องพักสะอาด ใหม่ การเดินทางจากสนามบินสะดวก ง่าย ขับตรงอย่างเดียว เช่ารถเองเลยครับ ห้องอาหารสวยงาม อาหารอร่อย พนง.ทุกคนสุภาพ ยิ้มแย้ม สถานที่กว้างขวาง เป็นส่วนตัว มาเที่ยวคราวหน้า มาพักอีกแน่นอนครับ

พักที่นี่2 คืน เป็นโรงแรมเปิดใหม่ พนักงานต้อนรับน่ารัก บริการดี สระว่ายน้ำกว้างดี ไม่ลึกมากเหมาะกับคนว่ายน้ำไม่เป็น ห้องพักสวยมาก แต่ตอนมาทำความสะอาดห้องไม่ดูฝุ่นให้

สวย สระใหญ่ บริการดี มีฟิตเนสในตัว อย่าลืมเอารองเท้ามานะ

พักผ่อนกับเพื่อนๆ ห้องสวยสะอาดมากค่ะ พนักงานบริการดีมากเช่นกัน มีโอกาสจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำกว้าง

1박, 침실 2개짜리 방에 묵었습니다. 처음에는 가장 안쪽에 있는 D동을 받았는데, 마스터 침실의 에어컨이 고장났어요. 그래서 저는 E동의 새로운 방으로 이사했습니다. 전반적으로 방은 좋았습니다. 전자레인지, 세탁기, 건조기, 식기 세척기가 있습니다. 커피메이커, 접시, 그릇, 숟가락이 제공됩니다. 전반적으로 좋아요. 수영장이 많은 새로운 호텔이에요. 제가 좋아하는 건 24시간 운영되는 3층짜리 체육관이에요.

깨끗한 리조트, 아름다운 풍경, 편안한 분위기, 푸켓 남부 해변까지 셔틀버스 운행

ทุกอย่างในห้องนอนครบครัน กว้างขวาง นอนสบายมาก มีเครื่องซักผ้า อบผ้า เครื่องครัง เครื่องล้างจาน สระว่ายน้ำยาวตลอดทั้งโรงแรม บริการดี ชอบมาก จะกลับไปอีกแน่นอน

ประทับใจมากค่ะ โรงแรมสวย บรรยากาศดีมาก พนักงานบริการดีทุกคนเลยค่ะ โดยเฉพาะพี่พนักงานผู้ชาย ที่คอยรับ-ส่งเราด้านหน้า มีโอกาสจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

บรรยากาศดีมากๆ ห้องใหม่มากสะอาด และสะดวกในการเดินทาง(ถ้ามีบริการรถรับ-ส่งจากปากทางเข้าที่พัก ยิ่งสะดวกไปเลยค่ะ) พนักงานบริการดียิ้มแย้มทุกคนค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำก็มีหลากหลายโซน เหมาะกับการพักผ่อนที่สุด ถ้ามีโอกาสไปเที่ยวอีกที่นี่จะเป็นช้อยแรกที่จะเลือกเลยค่ะ 👍👍👍👍👍
