Rooms are really nice

Room was dusty and dirty, had food/chip crumbs all over the bedsheets, kids wanted to sleep on the foldout couch and that was even worse with stains all over and some blue goop all over the sheets and covers plus my daughter pulled the covers back more and found a random sock balled up so that was nice. Never let us have the breakfast in the monring told my kids they had to pay and they are 8 and 3. We paid enough for the room and figired the breakfast was included with the stay of our room. Have pictures of the room and mess that was found.

Nice staff, clean big room, clean hotel The only thing was the sheets were not as soft and comfy as some hotels. It was great there was plenty of pillows, but the pillows were very uncomfortable for sleeping. Water pressure could have been better.

Everything was great except the hot tub ended up being closed for both days. We were disappointed it didn’t reopen the 2nd as expected. Staff is amazing

Was a good stay!

They charged us a night even though we didn’t stay after the front desk clerk confirmed the charge would be waived as their pool was out of order. The main reason we booked was to use the pool for our autistic son who loves that specific water slide. I will never stay here again as the rooms are not clean or comfortable. The beds feel like you are sinking in the middle and the one elevator is a nightmare to get in and out of your room as it is always congested and you are stuck waiting.
