Upon arrival, I was informed by the receptionist the room I booked is not available because apparently they didn't do my booking thus is not recorded and missed out even though I booked through the app a week earlier. So they had to give me the cheaper room. I'm not getting my money back even though I booked a more expensive room. Then, I had to come back to the hotel during lunch hour the next day to move to room that matched with what I booked. Upon check out I was asked to return receipt to get back my deposit but there was no receipt given during check in, I guess the receptionist whom I checked in forgot about it when he had to make some calls about the booking situation. Thankfully the manager was there during check out to explain to the receptionist and she gave me my deposit back.
