Bad staff bad service ruin my holiday... Hope next time don't get hotel like this... Not value for money

Staying in ground floor room, noisy place, the staff are so loud early in the morning, reciept printer sounds, staff chatting & laughing & singing. I found myself keep waking around 12 - 3am due to car racing sounds, I think the walls are too thin, the room is rather dark & gloomy outdated furniture, I was given a smoking room staff could ask me first or inform me, the room reeks of smoke, neighbouring room smokes gets into my room (very unconfortable). The bed linen is worn out. The shower heater is not adjustable; you only get too hot or cold. Pros : cheap (i guess you get what you paid for), location is good. Overall : not recommended if you are looking for a cozy place to stay.
