Conveniently close to attractions and economical

Rooms were very nice. Carpet was stained in our room but no bother to us. This is our second stay and the other room was perfect with no issues. Will stay here again for sure!

The $20 per night parking fee should be made loud and clear at the time of placing the reservation. No coffee machine in the room and the breakfast bar closes at 9:00 is not good.

We booked this place to stay for 7 days agter we came back from our one week cruise. The website said to us there was daily housekeeping. On arrival we were told that housekeeping was every 2 days. Arriving after an hour plus drive from the airport after 10pm, we were too tired and hungry to dispute. Our 2nd day we had to requestntoilet tissue, i reported spots on the pillows which appeared to be coming from the bed head. The pillow cases were changed and that was it. Nothing was done to stop the issue. This continued until we checked out. Every day we found ladybugs in the room, housekeeping serviced the room once without prompt and it appeared all that was done is bed made up, fresh towels left (which we didnt use as they were the size to bathe a child). The bathtub remained on touched and the room was not swep

I like everything about the property it was clean it was nice the only thing we didn't have any drinking water

Hotel is renovated pretty good and comfortable for a few nights. Parking is actually extra, will be good if included in price of room or a better price as they are asking $20 / night which is quite expensive as some areas around hotel is cheaper. Secondly, Breakfast isnt worth even mentioning as a selling feature. The cheapest breakfast I have seen. with a breakfast not having any choices more than cereals or bread. also Breakfast room is even smaller than Bathroom of some rooms. Although Location is good its still an ok experience because of extra fee for parking and non existance breakfast. Not different than any other hotel in Canada having not so trained, Sometime rude or dumb receptionists ( well they arent trained to help guests theyare trained to make money for hotel) This hotel wasnt unique

My first time staying at this property and I would definately return in the near future .... Only thing I wish they had was coffee maker with coffee in the rooms because continental breakfast is only offer 7am-9am ....Overall a good and comfortable stay

Stayed 4 nights..never had room cleaned at all during that time..even though we requested room service.went and got my own towels...towels were the size of hand towels ..not bath towels at all..and we had a jucuzzi room..put my own full garbage in the hall. Continental breakfast was a room full of non canadians with heaping plates of food and keft their garbage everywhere.

Awesome location and value. Can't wait to return

This hotel is in a great location to walk everywhere.

There’s was no cleaning involved room has smell kg or sour smell noise from evening to all night banging and knocking on walls loud noises outside door would not stay again thwre was no good when arrived for breakfast long line up in small pantry room

Good location....service to the rooms could be better....asked for a tidy up a couple times and nothing...had to ask for towels ...they were dropped off but the old used ones were not picked up. Ok for what you pay

Everything was great for us. Lovely place to stay.

Was looking forward to a hot soak in the tub, only to find there was no stopper. Had a shower, and when I went to dry my hair the dryer would not work. I find it ironic that they ask for a $200 deposit in case of damage. Try fixing your rooms up to satisfactory conditions first. I will not stay in this particular Hotel again. But that is just my opinion, maybe there are others who have had a more pleasant stay. Good for them.
