호텔은 좋았고, 이른 아침에 체크인과 체크아웃이 편리했습니다. 하지만 객실 조명이 너무 약한 것 같았습니다. 다리미와 다리미판은 복도에서 공유하며, 조금 오래되었고 이미 많이 사용되었습니다. 객실에 TV 리모컨이 없었습니다. 하지만 별로 사용하고 싶지 않아서 호텔에 요청하지 않았습니다.

깨끗하고 단순하며 주변에 레스토랑/지역이 많습니다.

전반적으로 괜찮았어요. 침대는 편안해요. 식당이 많아요.

다른 건 다 좋았어요. 다만 직원들이 별로 친절하지 않고 매니저가 제대로 훈련시키지 않았어요.

패밀리룸을 예약하고 비용을 지불했지만, 일찍 체크인한 사람에게 패밀리룸을 모두 주었습니다. 그래서 그들은 서로 연결되어 있지 않은 다른 층 두 개의 방을 주었고, 수건도 베개 커버도 없고 천장이 노출된 방도 하나 주었습니다. 정말 끔찍했습니다. 여기 머물 것을 추천하지 않습니다.

IOI 근처. 음식과 커피를 구하기 쉽습니다.

Staf bagus, lokasi bagus, tapi hotel buruk. Toilet teruk. Lampu toilet tak menyala. SHower patah & rosak. Syampu pun tak bagi. Towel nipis macam kain pelikat je. TV ada 2-3 channel je, TV3 pun tak de. Harga tak berbaloi langsung dengan keadaan dan experience dalam hotel ni. Pikir 10 kali la sebelum masuk hotel ni.

Cleaning the room every 2 day. What a surprise. The towel can't absorb the water. Not clean at all. Bathroom door can't be locked, its broken. The engineer man so stingky, I just can't breathe after he repair the lock key.

Lack of lighting. Please add some more lighting source.

Hotel location excellent but the only positive I could say. The amenities are very bad though.

Nice hotel, worth your money! The location is very strategic as it is close to minimart, dobi, restaurant and many more.

We arrived for check in late at night, the female staff was not friendly and not helpful. We asked wether we can park our car infront of the hotel, the staff speaking tone was not friendly at all. And then, when we want to enter the lift, we brought many things and 2 kids, but the staff just looking at us and passby without any gesture wanna try to help press the lift button or anything. Will not come again because of the customer service. The water heater not functioning at all.

Hotel room spacious. Cleanliness was okay. But shower handle in bathroom broken and towel available in poor condition.

Harap rating je 3 star, harga bukan main RM 144, tapi kualiti pon bawah dari hotel harga RM 50, harap pihak pengurusan cepat-cepatlah buat sesuatu sebelum bungkus. Ikhlas dari hati sang pengembara. 1 star aje saya bang.

With the price and advertisement got window but no window during check in. The staff very calculatibve need to wait another 5 minute to reach 2pm. Even though no body in the lobby.

Water water heater was not working. I end up can't take proper shower. The room is a bit small for 2 single bed, Not sufficient space to put 2 luggage bags.

Evrything is very unclean, dust, hairs on everywhere. And even have a bunch of hair and dust on the bed.

Don't expect to get room service, you room will never get clean you need to clean it by yourself. The only good side is the price.

Dirty marks on mattress and hairs on floor.
