직원들이 친절함

시내에 있으면서도 번잡하지 않음. 직원들 매우 친절. 조식도 괜찮음. 1층 바의 음식과 술도 좋음.

가격대비 만족합니다! 주변에 식당도 많아서 시내 다니며 저녁 먹기도 좋았어요~ 직원분들이 매우 친절했습니다!

수영장도 프라이빗비치도 없지만 아주 깨끗하고 훌륭한 호텔이었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 조식도 괜찮아요 아직 여기저기 공사중이라 베란다에 빨래 널어놓으니 시멘트 가루가 다 달라붙어있더라구요 ㅠㅠ 물은 매일 유리보틀에 두병씩 비치되구요 얼음은 리셉션이 얘기하면 한바켓씩 가져다주세요~ 요구사항에 피드백이 빨라서 좋았어요 어매니티도 괜찮았어요

팔라시아호텔맞은편 즉 시내중심이라 돌아다니기 편하고 침대, 침대보가 엄청 좋음 : 푹신푹신 잠이 절로옴 방은 큰 편은 아니나 서비스 정신 투철함 뭐든 묻거나 요구하면 바로해결해줌 amenity가 좋음 (팔라우퍼시픽리조트 샴푸린스는 최악) : 여기 샴푸린스 짱짱 좋음 Hydro ?제품 매일 물도 두병씩 꼬박꼬박 주심 !! (PPR은 없음) 솔직히 아침밥은 별게 없음. 근데 PPR도 별게 없으니 이건 팔라우의 특징인가보오

침실 청결은 아주 좋았으며 팔라우 호텔에 엘레베이터 있는 몇안돼는 호텔이에요. 위치도 시내에 있어 도보로 이동이 가능했으며 외부 테라스 있어요

우선 시설이 너무 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 직원들도 정말 친절해서 편하게 숙박했습니다. 시내 다니기에도 위치 좋았구요. 아직 부분적으로 리노베이션 중이라, 낮에는 간혹 공사 소음도 들리긴 합니다만..크게 거슬릴 정도는 아니었습니다. 조식은 그냥 평범했어요.

리노베이션중이라 입구들어가는데 불편하고 겉에서 볼때 너무 허름해서 실망했으나 내부는 정말깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절해서 좋았어요

Great hotel in a great location. Breakfast was wonderful with made to order eggs. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Excellent staff. Problem was our room was above the bar/restaurant The canoe House( which is very good) which on Friday and Saturday have loud caterwauling noise and singers until 2 am. Good luck getting any sleep

Location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Breakfast is good. Coffee & biscuits avail all day😁 Bed and pillows were 5/5. Canoe bar is gr8! Staff were very polite, happy to help. Nothing was a bother. Nice back garden and pool area. Get a room at the rear if possible. Good internet. We went to PRR after & wanted to go back lol. 5/5 rated as a hotel, not a resort.

Great hotel. Central location, very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and bar/restaurant on site was excellent and convenient. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I loved my stay at Palau Central and will definitely stay there again if I return to Palau.

The rooms at Palau Central were amazing. Very well kept and such a home like feel. The employees were so friendly. We were diving with a local company and each time they knew we had outside events, they would supply us with towels in bags to take with us on our tours. They went above and beyond to make our stay great. I will for sure stay at Palau Central again. They are walking distance from the main areas of town and if we needed a ride, just ask the front desk, there was a car waiting in just a few minutes. Superb service and The Canoe was great having just down stairs for Lunch and Dinner. Price was reasonable, the pizzas were amazing and the burgers were superb. Each morning breakfast was top notch at Palau Central. They were on top of every request.

We were picked up at the airport right on time. No problems at all even with our group of 12. I stayed in a room with a view and a balcony. It was clean and comfortable. The a/c worked really well. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They responded quickly to the emails I sent with questions before my stay. I will be returning at the end of the week and look forward to another 4 days of comfort.
