It was a wonderful time

Nice hotel in Ok location but years past its prime. There is a big need for updating the common areas and spa/pool facilities. Rooms are up to date but small. Personnel was friendly but service was lacking. Our fridge was not fixed and nobody bothered to inform us.

Hotel nella zona diplomatica di Manama dotato di tutti i servizi incluso piccola piscina e gym. Ottimo per clienti business. Ha camere spaziose e tranquille. Personale gentilissimo. Pub interno. Ottimo ristorante esterno “Piani” adiacente all’albergo uno dei migliori del Bahrain

We stayed two nights - Family trip. We enjoyed the swimming pool and got breakfast/dinner at the buffet. Food was delicious. Staff was so kind and friendly. We had absolutely a blast. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back .

Very Central. Friendly and relatively lively for Manama

Nice and clean

I requested a smoking room and they give me a non-smoking room. Valet service was not smooth. I asked for a late check out 2pm and they call me at 12pm to ask me if I wanted a late check out

My stay was excellent as it is always when I stay at the hotel , this is why I stay there

The hotel is conveniently situated and offers a pleasant stay, with a noteworthy breakfast.

Some staff were very curtious but some front desk staff didn't blin when you walked by. Managers were great and Alphonso in the main dining room was all over the lace. Helping customers, other staff and adjusting decor on top on that. Only problem was the hot water in the shower was only warm when water from the sink was hot. Engineers came to check but luke warm was the result more than one day...
