전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Diplomat Radisson BLU Hotel, Residence & Spa

직원 분들 모두 친절이 몸에 베어계십니다. 특히 프론트와 4일 저녁 라운지 직원 분들 칭찬 드립니다. 두번째 방문이였고 업그레이드 받아 좋은 방에서 지낼 수 있었습니다. 저는 이 호텔을 다시 방문 할 예정입니다. 혹시 제 방에서 아이폰 충전기를 찾으셨다면 다음번 방문에 돌려 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

4ladies that I have met at the front desk and the lounge they were very kind. Thank you for your hospitality. The odd thing was that even though we had no-disturb sign on the door there was someone that rang our door bell in early morning. And we booked for 3person there should be more towels, amenities and duvets. Other than that room was spacious and clean.

This was a great option for us in Bahrain, reasonably priced, amazing rooms, lovely pool area and the breakfast was great. Will definitely return, thank you so much

A very nice hotel with exccellent staff and high quality hotel restaurants. Situated very close to the national museum.

Good for business but need to know that bar

Definitely not the best service i’ve received. No smile upon check in or whatsover. Room was nice, clean and modern. But the service was what really dissapoint me. Also a simple question at the front desk wether a few water bottles could be sent to my room was top difficult for them. First i got sent to the hotel restaurant, where they asked me to pay, then i went back to the front desk but they never delivered my request. Overall, mid experience from this hotel. It was just ok

The front desk at 0 didn’t answer calls on several attempts on several days. Same with one touch service calls for room service- they never answered; so went to restaurant rather than room service. Mentioned this on check out at front desk.

Limited parking and the hotel is kinda oldish

Nice room, nice hotel

Room was fine, except footprints in the shower and bathroom. After asking for this to be re-cleaned the hotel left a fruit basket in the room which could have been for 5 people, very wasteful. Breakfast was ruined by the front desk informing breakfast was open until 1130. Upon arriving at 1100 it was shut, no ownership taken by the front desk who didn’t seem to understand our annoyance. This could be a really good hotel but it’s let down by the small details

Everything was perfect

Alt i alt var det en god oplevelse, men der var meget larm på gangene om natten samt kan man høre meget let indtil naboen. Vi fik skiftet værelse på baggrund af det og de gav en god service på hele opholdet.

Friendly staff and nice rooms

Very friendly staff, excellent location, very good breakfast and good value for money.

The ambience surrounding the Hotel has changed dramatically over the years but the access to transport is very good.
