Room condition was not good. Not enough management service. Not friendly front desk staffs. Too much charge if we need transportations.

30% extra early check in charge for around 1PM check in. Not clear explanation but repeating ‘hotel policy’. Too old hotel. some electronic outlets in the room are out of order.

아침식사 메뉴가 다양하고 직원이 친절했습니다.

출장 갈 때 마다 이용하는 호텔 입니다. 위치도 좋고 환경도 좋아요

몽골출장을 자주가서 여러호텔 이용 해서 최종결정한곳이 블루스카이호텔 입니다

일단 시끄럽습니다 주변 자동차소음 과 행사때문에요. 그리고 저녁되면 춥습니다 히터가 없습니다

Rusty water

It was a great time here. The housekeeping staff always provided us with a freshly prepared room, and the check-in, front desk, and breakfast teams were all very friendly and helpful.

위치가 좋아서 저녁에는 노을과 야경을, 아침에는 태양의 눈부심을 느끼기에 이만한 곳이 없는 것 같아요 오른쪽, 왼쪽 cu에서 간식이나 음료, 맥주 등 구입하기 좋고 맞은편 광장, 공원 산책도 좋고 국영백화점도 걸어서 10분 안걸려요 서울의 거리에서 식사하기도 좋고 한국인에게 적당한 숙소 같아요

위치 아주 좋습니다. 방음이 좀 안 되고 요청에 대한 반응이 반박자 늦는거 말고는 괜찮습니다.

공사중이어서 차량 접근이 어려웠어요

욕조에 물을 받았더니 물색깔이 황토색입니다 3일 투숙동안 샤워할때마다 아주 찝찝했습니다

공사중 소음이 심함. 저녁 8시에도공사소음 시끄러움

전체적으로 별로입니다. 아침조식도 맛이 없네요. 룸컨디션이나 전체적으로 노후합니다.

It is the best place for sightseeing in Ulaanbaatar. It also has the advantage of staying at a hotel that is a landmark of the city. However, the facilities are relatively old compared to other five-star hotels.

The service was not good, the receptionist was very confused and didn't know about the rooms, the cleaning products were expired (we had itches and rashes) before we realised, the door of the shower were not closing, the AC was not working, there was no "do not disturb/do not clean" sign, the outlets were very far away from the bed, but we had a nice view of the city...
