I woke up at around 5 a.m. because the fire alarm went off for dozens of minutes. After that, many fire trucks came in front of the hotel. When I went out into the hallway, I smelled burning, and there was a firefighter. I asked him if things were all right, and when he said they were all right, I was able to go back to sleep. There were no staff and no one told me the situation. The staff didn't say anything when we checked out. That afternoon, there was only one e-mail saying sorry that it had been postponed due to an error in using a microwave.

Check-in is the DIY type, without a real person in a place in the building. Fortunately we had our kids with us. If we had problems checking in, there was no phone# even to call for help. Other than that hot water shower is hard to figure it out. It took my son a while before we got hot water.

There was an odor in the unit , which could be due to the carpet getting wet due to excessive rain. Also we saw lots of black mold from the AC units and windows. This may only be an isolated incidence in our unit. Although we booked for two nights we stayed only for one night and left for HIMEJI due to the status of our unit.

The room was large by Japanese standards, but it's not sound proofed, as my room faced the main street, it was very noisy and I had a difficult time sleeping. Also the room was very dark, I would have preferred a lighter environment.

We took the tatami apartment, with separate bedroom. Big bathroom, nice amenities. Close walking distance to train station and shopping centre, that has many food options.

チェックイン方法が分かりにくかったです。

The entry is extremely hard to find- look for a narrow doorway in the middle of the block, not where the map places you. Signage is poor. Take the elevator to the 5th floor. Reception is unmanned but there is a phone if you have problems with their automatic sign-in (we did). Once we were in the room it was fine for the night.

遅くのチェックインで、チェックインに手こずってしまいましたが、電話対応も早く、対応すごいよかったです。

Good value for the price. The checkin procedure was a bit difficult to navigate as there is no one at the location. We did find the phone and it became very easy.

The room was absolutely amazing. The beds were a little hard, but I guess that is to be expected in Japan. Other than that super satisfied with our stay. Would love to stay here again.

駅近、コンビニが近く、便利です。 ただ、WIFIの電波が、弱すぎて、全く使い物になりません。この時代、致命的かと思います。エアコンもカビ臭かったです。 風呂場は、清潔で、浴室乾燥機もよかったです。 価格に見合ってると思えませんでした。

Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense.
