Quality of hotel is fine, and room is clean and comfortable.
But service mind of staff seems very poor.
Why hotel reception is taking customers passport and keep it during stays?
Passport is the only ID for the travellers, and must be with customers!! not with hotel reception.
I've never seen a hotel takes customers passport for security reason.
