온수가 잘 나오지 않고 기타 서비스를 요구하면 정말 하루종일 걸립니다

환경에 비해 호텔은 좋네요. 다만 에티오피아 환경자체가. 와이파이가 안좋아요 간신이 카톡정도만 됩니다

Nice staf

Had a great stay at Nexus. Friendly staff in a clean, well maintained facilities. Had a couple of minor issues during my stay which detracts from the overall grade. Would definitely stay there again.

the service and standard was ok, but not impressive for the price and for what was advertised.

Management and staff are very nice and understanding. Cleaning staff are always cleaning and maintaining the property. Breakfast has lots of options and the restaurant is very good

I travelled to Addis Ababa for business and I stayed at the Swiss Inn. It's a wonderful hotel with beautifully decorated rooms, comfortable beds and most importantly for me a warm shower. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor and an 8th floor restaurant and bar with wonderful views of the city. If you are travelling to Addis Ababa for business or leisure and you are looking for a great hotel at a good price, I would highly recommend the Swiss Inn.

The room was a bit small but great and comfortable bed, excellent breakfast

Has a very nostalgic feel to it. the customer relations representative, Selemawit was fantastic and assured our stay was extremely pleasant.

The place was cozy, staff were attentive, food was great. Everything you need all under one roof. I felt safe, welcomed and treated well. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.

The room is smells and the shower doesn’t work well on the 7th floor. I was staying in this hotel 3times before it was very good food staff and hospitality but now I give it 4 out of ten
