good location

Last time I went to Petra, I decided that I would stay at Mövenpick Petra when I would come back as the location looked wonderful. This time I am satisfied that I was right

호텔이 페트라 바로 앞이라 아주 좋으네요! 호텔 컨디션도 좋고 방도 넓고 직원들도 다 친절합니다! 주변에 추천합니다!!

페트라에서 가장 가까운(호스텔 제외) 호텔로 규모가 그리 크진 않지만 알차고 내실있었다. 중동지역 특유의 문화를 느낄 수 있는 인테리어와 친절한 서비스로, 묵는 동안 편안한 시간을 가질 수 있었다. 해피아워를 통해 페트라산 맥주를 맛볼 수 있어서 특히 좋았다.

객실의 상태는 쾌적했고 수영장의 서비스와 상태도 좋았다. 페트라 정문 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 페트라의 접근성은 가장 뛰어나다. 다만 호텔에서의 식사는 가격대비 부실하다. 특히 저녁식사를 호텔에서 해결하려면 피하는게 좋다. 약간의 주류정도만 옥상 테라스에서 즐긴다면 좋을것이다.

2월 초에 갔는데 투숙객이 많지 않아서인지 영업을 안하는 시설물들이 많았습니다. 그리고 리셉션 스태프들이 매우 불친절하여 정말 짜증이 났습니다.(얼리 체크인도 힘들었고 와디럼으로 가는 버스 예약도 계속 확인한 끝에 겨우 해줬네요) 페트라와 가깝다는 이점 외에는 좋은 게 하나도 없어서, 다음엔 절대 여기서 묶고 싶지 않네요.

I would say that the location is perfect. It is just in front of the entry of the visitor center in Petra. Basically, it satisfies the conditions of a five-star accommodation. However, there are something to improve for better service. First, the sound of the A/C in the room was a little bit loud so that it interrupted my sleep a couple of times. Second, the breakfast buffet was little bit humble. It would be much better if the buffet offer more various kind of food and add some final touches to the food. In spite of them, I would stay here if I visit Petra again.

페트라 매표소에서 도보 1분 거리라는 사실에 놀랐습니다. 전체적인 호텔 서비스 수준이 만족할만한 수준이었습니다. 다만, 요르단 호텔들 특성 상 로비에 들어갈 때마다 보안검색을 해야 한다는 사실이 조금 귀찮긴 했습니다.

To be greeted so promptly with great kindness and elegance certainly was a lovely touch! The property is beautiful and the staff have the most welcoming attitude! This could lead us to think: has the world changed overnight!????😊

Excellent stay. Had a wonderful time with my family. Their service was exceptional. Made our visit to Petra that much more special. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and right in front of Petra but that’s it! nothing to do or see. Plus it says all inclusive and it’s not at all. Prices are outrageous and don’t have a choice as you can’t go anywhere else. It is also 3 hrs from the Amaan Airport. I asked to reduce my night to 1 but hotel denied. There is literally nothing to do n didn’t feel safe outside. We still left n lost the other 2 nights.

I reserved 3 rooms from July 17-20 Hotel rooms and dining area are worm , limited air conditioning was limited, rooms temp didn’t go below 23.7 , unable to sleep Told the staff multiple times each time they have different excuses

Great hotel in a great location. The room was very clean, the staff (without exception) were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was really good (particularly the rooftop restaurant). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other visiting Petra.

Their staff service very nice and ready any time to give help to answer any questions regarding the hotel or tourism places or any advice with pleasure and nice smile their hospitality is remarkable, the room service cleaning twice a day if we ask to or providing water free all the time, the variety of food in the dining buffet or breakfast is very good We spent three interested days happy , they make us feel very special,thank you

We arrived at the resort with our rental car flashing warning signs that we were out of gas. (FYI, rentals in Jordan do not come with a full tank of gas). The staff went out of their way to assist us with our problem. Overall the facilities, staff and location were all top notch. I doubt you could find a better place to stay in Petra.
