클라우드 호텔 & 스위트 위 호텔에 대한 예약과 체크인 체크아웃시 발생한 문제에 대해 정확한 경위와 확실한 사과를 원합니다. 위 호텔에 6월 6일 화요일 체크인시 호텔스 닷컴에서 어떠한 것도 받은것이 없다 하여 급하게 호털스 닷컴 사이트에 들어가 한글 바우처를 영문바우처로 변경 메일로 전송후 호텔에 보여주고 확인 하는 과정이 40분간 있어 많은 불편을 격은바 있습니다. 또한 동일 호텔에 8일부터 11일 까지 연장후 11일 체크 아웃시 또 똑같은 문제로 1시간을 문제 해결하는데 소비했습니다. 도대체 왜 이런 문제가 발생했는지에 대한 정확한 경위와 문제를 발생시킨측에 대한 명확한 사과를 요구 합니다.

The parking was full so we had to park in the food courts parking lot. It was fine but not ideal to leave our car with some bags.

The cleanliness of the shared spaces was below par. The pool does not look like the pictures on the website, it is cloudy white, the sunroof has been mostly covered. The breakfast options were poor, with the food sometimes being cold and the amount and variation much less than similar hotels in Nairobi. Compared to other neighborhoods, I found there were more and more aggressive panhandlers in the area around the diamond plaza. If I were to return to Nairobi, I would highly consider staying elsewhere

Hotel viellot situé dans un endroit tres bruyant Personnel peu agreable a la reception et qui vous appelle a 11h31 pour vous virer de la chambre alors que l’hotel est vide.

Service personnel were political and welcoming

The staff were polite and courteous. Any issues were handled very promptly. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The two i ordered food from the restaurant it was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend Cloud Hotel & Suites

Personally, the place was bit hard to be found. The room is very old and need some updates. Staff were very good and professional.

Our hotel room was extremely small, and the beds felt like box springs. Not to mention their was a party going on upstairs in the banquet hall that went until 3 in the morning. So no sleep from all the noise and bad beds. The pool and jacuzzi was filthy. The hotel was also hard to find as it is inside a shopping mall on the top floor.

It was inside a rundown plaza mall. Trash everywhere. The hotel was dated. The walls in the room were dirty, the towels were old and material raveling apart. The beds were very hard. The room was very tight. There was bugs. I checked in at 8:30 pm and checked out within an hour. I rebooked at the Hilton hotel. Could not take the smell and the area didn’t feel safe. The pictures on expedia doesn’t look the same as the hotel.

Liked location, price and facilities. Did not like too many stairs and steep ramp going to the dinning area

No what I expected. 1. It’s a hotel in the mall. 2. Very noisy in the morning. 3. problems with parking, and when we asked for help, the manager does not talk directly to us, but instead talks to the employees in front of us and the employee talk to us. 4. They owe us 50ksh for parking. Try Cysuites Apartment Hotel instead!

Loved staying here , everything is within reach , the views from the restaurant is also amazing
