신혼부부에겐 별로. 가족단위의 손님이 많다. 직원들은 친절했으나 요청한서비스가 전달이 잘 안되는 경우가 많아 실망스러웠다.

전체적으로 시설과 전망이 좋았습니다. 하지만 직원교육이 잘 안되어 있습니다. 고급 리조트라고 느낄수없는 서비스(접객)에 많은 실망을 했습니다. 마지막 체크아웃때도 하도 다른 사람들 먼저 처리해주고 기다리게해서 짜증이 나서 뭐라고 한마디 했더니 그제서야 잘해주네요 일반적 5성급 호텔 서비스를 생각하시면 안될듯 합니다. 좋은 분들도있지만 서비스가 안좋은 분들이 많음 지나가도 인사안함 직원들 서비스는 2~3성급

No matter how good the amenities or how beautiful the views, a hotel is only as good as the people who work there. In this respect, Shanti’s friendly, polite and efficient staff elevate it to among the best on the island. A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

From start to finish our experience was perfect. The resort is has an air of island chic and decadent luxury. From the room, to the resort grounds, all of the facilities are pristine. The real stars however are the staff, in every case made us feel welcomed and valued but also with a friendly energy and with with touches of humor where appropriate. We will return soon.

Leider langes warten nach Ankunft bis zum Bezug des Zimmers, kein Service am Pool, Zimmer war sehr sauber, Strand mäßig, da auch bei Flut die Wassertiefe bis zum Riff gering ist und viele große Steine und Felsen vorhanden sind

Le séjour était exceptionnel merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel à leur accueil et aux organisations sur mesure comme le restaurant en bord de plage. Bravo pour le service.

Wonderful relaxing week in Mauritius. Excellent spa menue. Nice and competent ayurvedic doctor. Enjoying the slow islan life.

Très bel Hôtel. Cependant, un peu loin de l'aéroport et des zones de shopping. Excellent lorsque nous n'avons pas envie de trop bouger et de profiter de l'hôtel, du SPA et des commodités internes

Hôtel parfait Super séjour

Das Shanti Maurice ist ein sehr schönes Hotel für Ruhesuchende! Obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war, findet man aufgrund der Weitläufigkeit immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen. Besonders gut hat uns der schöne Poolbereich gefallen. Zudem ist das Frühstücksbuffet ein absolutes Highlight. Wir sind selbst Inhaber eines 4 Sterne Boutique Hotel in Deutschland und verstehen dementsprechend ein wenig von der Hotellerie. Die Mitarbeiter sind allesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Good stay very nice for adults, decent kids club but not a lot of children at the resort. Boat club has very limited options(weather dependent). Very nice stay if you want to rest.

Extraordinaire De la chambre, aux services proposés et au personnel tellement attentionnés, gentil et parlant parfaitement français. An absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was so comfortable with an enormous bathroom and a view out over the ocean. However, there were various aspects which were a little hit and miss meaning I cant rate the hotel excellent overall. The prices are 5 star, particularly the food, and so you expect excellent throughout. Unfortunately there were a couple of meals and instances of poor service which let it down.

Brilliant stay - food at the Rum shed was amazing . Tariq greeted us at breakfast everyday and was full humour and very helpful . Beautiful location and wonderful spa facilities .

Nice facility, lovingly cared for. Coral banks right on the beach. Friendliness of the staff is remarkable!
