조식 나쁘지 않은편 숙소는 좀 오래된 것 처럼 보이지만 지내는데 문제 없었음 발코니에서 흡연을 위해 재털이 요청했지만 늦게 갔다주었음, 직원들 일처리가 전반적으로 느린것 같음 걸어서 조금만 나오면 주변의 펍, 클럽, 해변에 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 위치

최악의 서비스 및 직원 태도를 경험 함. 고객에게 편안함을 제공하기 위한 숙소가 아닌 숙소! 고객을 단지 돈으로만 보는 느낌을 받음. 할 말이 없을 정도입니다.

겉보기엔 그냥저냥 괜찮을거 같아 예약했는데, 두번은 절대 안 갈 곳. 우선 위치는 아주 좋고 기본적인 호텔 컨디션은 3.5성급 정도로 고급지지는 않으나 깨끗하긴 했음. 하지만 그 이후가 문제. 아이두명 요금을 별도로 받고 (성인 2명으로 예약하면 아이 요금 안받는 경우가 훨씬 더 많음), 같이 간 일행은 거스름돈을 오는날 겨우겨우 받고 그마저도 날마다 환율적용 금액을 다르게 얘기. 조식은 보통 먹는게 뻔해서 별 기대를 안했지만 기대 안하길 잘 했고, 점심부페가 어른 1인당 800mur 인거에 비해 겁나 허접. 아이들 금액은 직원마다 다르게 얘기. 방청소 해달랬더니 이불 정리, 수건 변경만...화장실 청소도 안해주고 방에 물 하나도 공짜가 아님. 화장실 방음 전혀 안되서 가족끼리라도 사용할때 많이 불편. 가격이나 싸면 싼게 비지떡이라지만...가격대비 만족도 아주아주 낮음.

This a truly lovely hotel and we had a fabulous two week stay. The location is fantastic you can easily walk into Grand Baie for dinner or shopping. It was easy to find and ideal for exploring the island. The views from the pool and the beach are of the stunning harbour, where there is lots of boats coming and going, which was fun to watch. The hotel grounds and communal areas are very classy and well maintained. The hotel activities were really well organised by an excellent team, we attended rum tasting and a cooking demonstration. Our apartment was lovely and kept very clean, with excellent AC. All of the staff we met were lovely, they seemed happy to be there and enjoyed talking to the guests which makes for a very pleasant stay. I would especially like to thank the ladies in the hotel shop who looked after me very well. The parking was handy too as we hired a car. The only tiny problem we came across for the whole stay was the beach bar lunchtime food, it seemed very badly organised, taking up to an hour for food to arrive, it was lovely when we eventually received it. I would recommend this hotel as a really great place to stay, don’t hesitate to book.

The best out of all the Veranda hotels on the Island. It is almost a boutique hotel with lovely room decor and finishes with a warm tropical ambience. Nice location on a small attractive strip of beach and a great pool. The staff are amazing and certainly an improvement on when I last visited in 2016. The only slight disappointment is the main restaurant where the buffet breakfast is only acceptable and not the vast range and variety of the larger hotels but the dinner buffet is a let down. The salad selection is poor and the mains are not great and lacking in variety and poorly prepared and served. It is the ambience and decor and staff that make this place amazing only let down by the restaurant.

Siamo tornati dopo tanto tempo in questo resort per trascorrere il nostro 30° anniversario di matrimonio ed immediatamente siamo stati stupefatti dalla calorosa accoglienza dimostrataci dal tutto lo staff, in particolare Ajay è stato veramente gentile nei nostri confronti. La struttura è immersa in parco tropicale con una bella piscina con vista su Grand Baie, una delle migliori località di Mauritius dove è possibile fare shopping ed anche passeggiare la sera. L’hotel offre la possibilità di praticare svariati sport acquatici molti dei quali gratuiti. C’è anche una piccola palestra, un campo per giocare a bocce, tavoli da ping pong e la possibilità di noleggiare delle bici. La cucina è internazionale a buffet, come anche la colazione: entrambe sono molto ricche e complete; per i più romantici, c’è anche la possibilità di cenare a lume di candela direttamente sulla spiaggia del resort (cosa che consigliamo vivamente di fare). L’intrattenimento serale prevede musica dal vivo, alcuni spettacoli di danza locale e la possibilità di sorseggiare un drink al bar “La Crique” direttamente sulla spiaggia godendosi un meraviglioso tramonto. Le camere sono ben spaziose e complete di televisore, frigo bar e asciuga capelli, dotate anche di comodi ventilatori a soffitto in alternativa all’aria condizionata che è comunque disponibile. Mauritius rappresenta una meta da sogno dove il mare e la spiaggia sono un vero paradiso e le possibili escursioni nell'interno con panorami mozzafiato

Rather than feeling transactional or rushed, it was relaxed and personalized, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. We appreciated the attention to detail and the thoughtful way everything was explained to us. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff continued to impress us with their friendliness and professionalism. Whether we were passing by reception, dining, or simply relaxing on the property, we were always met with warm greetings and helpful attitudes. It’s clear that the staff take real pride in creating a positive experience for guests, and it made a big difference in how enjoyable and relaxing our time was. We left feeling incredibly refreshed and well taken care of, and it’s largely thanks to the incredible team at Veranda Grand Baie. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel itself has a nice design and clearly has aspirations of grandeur but it is let down by the service. Reception staff are passive aggressive and indifferent. Room service options are awful. Spend a bit more and go to another resort nearby.

Mycket nöjd med vår vistelse på 1 vecka. Jättefint poolområde med en poolbar där du också kunde äta lunch. Liten strand och lite vassa stentrappor ner till vattnet men fin botten och ljuvligt vatten. En del solsängar i mindre bra skick men de byttes ut under vår vecka så jättebra! Frukostbuffen jättefin och fanns allt. Vi åt lunch några gånger och jättegod mat dock kanske lite onödigt dyr men är ju ofta så på hotell. Bra läge med gångavstånd in till Grand Baie med många restauranger! Fanns även ett gym som var fräsht. Vi skulle absolut vilja bo här igen och kan rekommendera det!
