위치와 직원의 친절은 좋으나 직원과 소통, 객실 내 물품 요청시 제공, 메트리스 등은 불편하였음

The staff accommodated an early arrival which was very appreciated (we had to pay for it, though). Breakfasts were satisfying. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Shower water spilled out onto floor when showering. Entire hotel was clean. Fridge did not get cold. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Overall an average experience. Would stay here again.

深夜着、深夜発のフライトの間の大変不便なスケジュールでの滞在でしたが、ホテルの方がこちらの状況に大変柔軟に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。

Rooms smelled like smoke, bathroom was not clean - one of our rooms had a broken faucet and leaky toilet. Checking in was weird, staff didn't give me a key or tell me the room number just the floor and when I got there another staff told a local man what room, no wifi code etc. Later on I went back to the front desk the staff was helpful though. But since there was a holiday the restaurant incl. room service was unavailable with little eating options nearby.

Amazing staff and amazing Hospitality... I would say best place to stay in UB.:)
