에티오피아에서 좋은 호텔입니다. 실내수영장, 깔끔하고 많은 메뉴의 아침식사도 만족할만 합니다. 14일을 머물렀는데 매일 1가지 메뉴를 제외하고 늘 같은 메뉴가 반복되는 것은 아쉽습니다. 불편한 점으로는 침대 바닥시트를 꼽을 수 있습니다. 1장의 시트 밑에 메트리스 오염을 방지하기 위한 비닐(플라스틱) 메트가 깔려있어 땀을 흡수하지 못하고 미끌미끌합니다. 2주 동안 3마리의 바퀴벌레가 객실에서 나왔습니다만 신경이 쓰이지는 않았습니다. 수영장은 피트니스 센터를 통해 입장할 수 있고 물도 매우 따뜻했지만 투숙객의 이용이 많지 않은지 스태프마다 안내하는 방법이 달라 이용이 어려웠습니다. 객실과 로비 직원들은 매우 친절했고 아침9시에 얼리 체크인을 해줘서 아주 편리하고 고마웠습니다. 외항기 승무원들이 이용하는 호텔이므로 믿음이 가고 객실의 수건은 약간 오래되었지만 사용은 편리했습니다. 인터넷은 에티오피아를 감안하면 빠른 편이었으나 싱글룸 기준 3대까지만 사용이 가능한 점은 불편했습니다. 유선 인터넷도 있지만 기대만큼 속도가 빠르지 않았습니다. 정전이 되면 곧바로 발전기가 가동되어 편리했습니다. 아디스아바바에 처음 방문하는 분들에게 추천합니다. 실내수영장이 있는 호텔 중 가장 저렴합니다. 호텔 옆 건물 모닝스타몰에 수퍼마켓과 피자헛이 있고 건너편에 24시간 영업하는 인아웃버거, 에드나몰 안에 치킨 패스트푸드점이 있습니다. 에드나몰 큰 거리에는 구걸하는 사람들이 많아 외국인이 혼자 다니기에 다소 불편합니다.

Check-in took time as my booking through Hotels.com could not be found initially and had to be searched on multiple computers. During the stay, after I had already checked in and stayed a few days, I was contacted and asked about my check-out time despite having valid days left. Even after showing my receipt, there was confusion, and I was encouraged to either extend my stay or check out. The issue was later resolved, although it was initially placed on my rebooking. It seemed that the reservation had not been properly checked before I was contacted, which led to unnecessary confusion. The room showed signs of wear, especially the carpet, which looked old and not very clean. I avoided walking barefoot due to hygiene concerns. During the stay, I became ill and dehydrated. When requesting bottled water through room service, it took several hours to arrive and was still charged. The breakfast buffet lacked basic hygiene measures, such as alcohol gel or other disinfectant at the entrance. The rooftop bar with live music was never open during my stay, despite being advertised, and reception could not provide clear opening times. On the positive side, the hotel is a budget option with generally friendly staff and several on-site services, including a barber, hairdresser, travel agency, and shops. However, the overall experience was affected by system issues, communication gaps, and slow service.

Room was extremely HOT, bugs, called for house keeping, towels and toilet paper multiple time no one ever came. Had to purchase Toliet paper from local store

I highly recommend harmony hotel. Everything was perfect. I was initially staying at Friendship hotel but I ended up canceling my book and changing to Harmony hotel for several reasons. At harmony, the rooms were nice, the cleaning staff were beyond amazing, food was great..I could go on.

Let me start by saying the staff was great! However the hotel itself was not good. roaches in the room, the breakfast was terrible and was for the same for my entire stay and the music kept you up just about all night. Im still waiting for a call from the manager after 4 days. Bad bad bad

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Harmony Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at Harmony Hotel in Addis Ababa. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very relaxing after a long day. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location close to everything. I truly felt at home — I’ll definitely come back again on my next visit to Ethiopia! Highly recommended.

Nothing but a pleasant stay what every person dream!

If well managed, the place can be great. The latter part of the pay-off line - 'Traditional Values . International Standard' lacks in many ways. Business Double room sold as breakfast included only to be told otherwise at the restaurant - felt cheated. Could afford the breakfast but boycotted in protest. Reckless noise through late night Saturday. Check-in was inefficient with card key not working, billboy a bit rude and room changed arbitrarily. Communication was selfish with no client orientation - reception called around 09:30h for checkout when normal time is 12 noon - annoying.
