There was a room cleaning service card posted, but it was not done. The sewer smell is very strong. The front desk staff doesn't speak English well. Someday..There was no Americano for breakfast, so I had to drink my own coffee with hot water.

This is the worst place. I stayed in a suite on the 9th floor. 1. The automatic front door to the room was broken, and when I told them it was broken, they gave me a steel key. 2. There is a very strong smell from the bathroom drain throughout the room. 3. The door from the living room to the bedroom locked itself and I was locked in the bedroom for an hour. I notified the hotel that I was moving. An employee came and checked the problem, then removed the door key and left without saying sorry. 4. The front desk staff does not speak English well. I couldn't communicate. I will never use this place again. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Hotellet var indviet 1. sept. 2014 så var stadig et relativt nyt hotel. Deres morgenmad er meget anderledes end vestlig standard - ikke særlig god. Personalet taler dårligt og meget lidt engelsk. Men værelset - jeg havde bestilt et luxus dobbelt værelse - var den bedste kategori og der var SUPER ! Alene værelser var 35-40 kvm. med stort køleskab til vand og sodavand og fryser til isklumper til evt. drinks - var en god seng & udmærket badeværelse / stort bad. Lækre badehåndklæder ! TV var alt på lokal sprog så kunne ikke bruges ! Var dog Netflix !

They bumped our reservation without even prior notice Cannot believe they preferred to give priority to guests whose plan were delayed and stayed another day.

Kamer is onhygienisch op zijn best. Geboekt voor drie personen, in een tweepersoonskamer gestoken en gevraagd om een extra bed te betalen. Dat uiteindelijk niet moeten doen, maar het extra 'bed' was een vuile matras op de vloer. Wc zat verstopt. Iemand had overgegeven in de wc en de resten waren nog duidelijk zichtbaar..

Hotel staff were very unhelpful towards those who can only speak English. The room felt musty and dated. Bedsheets were dirty, had to ask housekeeping to change sheets for me. I only stayed here cause of the location, would not recommend otherwise

Very helpful and professional staff

Apparently there was an issue with the reservation system! When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that none of the rooms we had booked are available. However, on Expedia rooms were still bookable. If you have a problem with your booking system, make at least sure people do not waste their time and money in taxis getting there.

Personal ist freundlich und kompetent, Zimmer groß und sauber. Hervorragende Ausstattung, Lage und Service.

Despite requesting airport pick up on arrival. No one was there to pick me up. Very frustrating after arrival from a series of long flights

Good hotel at good price. Would be nice if staff at restaurant spoke better english.

This is a good location hotel. But they have to upgrade the air-conditioning system in the room. The hallway is colder than the room. It is a old hotel need upgrade.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel in May 2024. The Plaza Hotel Bishkek was a good place to stay in Bishkek. It’s directly across from a soccer stadium and also across from a major park. There are many restaurants within walking distance. City center and government buildings are all nearby.

Sehr gute Qualität, große Zimmer, modern eingerichtet, alles auf höchstem Vier-Sterne-Standard nach europäischen Maßstäben.

Vi havde forventet bedre. Aircondition larmede enormt. Også selv set ikke hverken kølede eller varmede og endda når det var helt slukket. Det var ikke noget man tog sig af, heller ikke selvom det tog alt søvn. Morgenmaden var ikke som forventet, nok kun beregnet for russiske gæster. Beliggenheden var fin i forhold til at komne lidt rundt.
