Les consommations internes aux restaurants de la hôtel ne peuvent être attribuées au titre des no de chambre pour un "check out" ultérieur au départ. Il faut présenter pour chaque service sa CB avant de consommer car la Direction se méfie du client . Ce n'est pas commode pour déjeuner ou diner et très insultant pour le client. Je préfère aller ailleurs la prochaine fois ...

Reception/check-in was pleasant and professional. Zenitude Hotel is divided in two main sections: Clipper and Residence Salako. I was in Clipper. This section requires a lot of renovation and clean-up. The bathroom was unbelievably dirty. There was mouldy grime between the tiles in the shower cubicle and the bathroom floor.I had to buy AJAX and a scrubbing brush to clean it off. The room was not so bad. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and efficient - they made do with whatever they had or what was given to them. A hot water kettle for coffee and a microwave oven would have been nice. The corridors and exterior of the whole place needs a good renovation - they were doing mostly patch-up covers on our floor. The grounds are very nicely maintained. The semi-private beach was very accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a large choice. Supper, when we decided to have and pay (EUR35 pp), was okay. Le Pelican, the resto-bar is a pleasant addition to the hotel. For the size of the hotel, parking was very limited. All in all it was a pleasant stay but a tad too expensive for services received.

Decevant pas d'eau chaude oblges de changer de chambre apres des instructions contradictoires. Hotel vetuste meriterait un coup de neuf.

La batissee clipper est sur le point de s'effondrer. Pas de maintenance l'eau coule dans la chambre dans les corridors la toilette est remplie de moissidure la porte de la douche ne tient pas etc.. . Meme nourriture tous les matins .pas de gentillesse pas de service cest nulle ZERO

On entend tous le bruit de la chambre à côté gauche ou droite plus en étage. On peut pas dormir. Et la salle de bain Euhh zéro.

2 x une nuit. Une au Salako et une au Clipper. Personnel plutôt sympa, les chambres dans un état moyen. Nos serviettes de toilette sentait mauvais. L’hôtel est vieux et montre des signes de vestusté, carrelage fendu, peinture écaillée. Le petit déjeuner est sans faute, beaucoup de choix et plutôt bon. Piscine sympa.

Good hotel with lots of space. Near restaurants and small supermarkets. We did not have a car but travelled by local buses.

Hôtel bien situé, bon accueil et personnel très agréable. Cependant les bâtiments sont dans leur jus, les chambres et le mobilier vieillots. Point positif bonne literie. Parking à disposition. Piscine et plage +/- privée. Gros point positif pour le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et de qualité

Nice clean place well located but the staff/hotel doesn’t care to provide basic services such as a working safe (spent 40 min on my time on arrival to finally convince them to fix it), telephone service (was in repair for the whole 3 day stay ), wi-fi in the room ( signal not strong enough, had to go outside to get a signal).

Appartement avec une chambre sans aucun caractere ni reel confort. Logement triste mais avec prix a peu pres accessible..

Personnel aimable et efficace. La chambre n’est tout simplement pas à la hauteur de nos attentes minimums. Pas de fauteuil, lit usé et trop mou, très inconfortable, pas de frigidaire. Très peu d’espace de rangement. Nourriture type buffet de qualité moyenne.

Très satisfait de notre séjour de quatre nuits au Zenitude. Nous etions dans l’édifice Clipper qui a vraiment besoin de rénovation mais la chambre était propre, fonctionnel et très confortable. Nous avons adoré le personnel ainsi que l’offre de restauration.

Went there for tennis tournament. Music restaurant until 2am, can not sleep

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. House keeping did a great job each day. Beautiful views from balcony. Full access to the beach. Convenient proximity to airport, restaurants & beaches. Le Gosier is definitely the place to stay. Our only main issue was the lack of WiFi connection. There was no WiFi in the room. NONE AT ALL. And very limited internet access around the property.

La struttura è un po' datata e le camere e i bagni hanno bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La posizione è strategica in quanto si affaccia su una bellissima baia. Il Pelican bar è molto carino e ci si mangia e ci si beve bene. L'altro ristorante lo abbiamo invece provato solo a colazione, e si potrebbe migliorare come varietà di cibo. Le piscine sono nella norma.
