I arrived about 20 minutes later than the check-in time of 2 PM, but the room was not ready, and I had to wait for over an hour. I complained and requested a late check-out, but due to a lack of communication among the staff, the issue was not resolved until the very last moment. Eventually, I received confirmation after 11 AM on the day of check-out.

완전 황당하게 좋았음 모리셔스 다른 리조트에도 묵었지만 비교가 안됨. 백사장 질이 특히 완전 좋음 식사도 훌륭함, 매일 메뉴가 약간씩 바뀜. 6일 있었는데 정말 떠날때 너무 아쉬었음.

Super Unterkunft, Super Service!

We absolutely loved our stay at LUX Belle Mare. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean, and our room was spotless and well equipped. Even after checking out, we were able to use all the facilities for the day, and the hotel provided a shower room before our evening flight. We’d definitely recommend staying here.

Chambre parfaite, nettoyée au minimum 2 fois par jour, personnel très souriant et très à l'écoute, petit aparté pour Sanjai et Dolores qui nous ont toujours accueilli avec sourire, nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances !

Our second stay at this resort and we had a very enjoyable time. Good facilities and very family friendly.

Un service pas à la hauteur

Comparing this to the Maldives - All inclusive isn’t the best deal as you only get 30% off restaurants and menus outside the standard AI - Beaches are beautiful but public so expect to be hassled by locals selling things - Staff need training, not overly attentive and when making a complaint - not hugely responsive It’s a lovely hotel, beautiful setting but food options are limited in my opinion (even the truck for street food is very very greasy and unhealthy) *

Lux Belle Mare was just simply amazing and perfect!! All levels of staff were so friendly and could not do enough for you! The food choices were really great and so many options for different cuisines. Chefs at each counter were really friendly and would make fresh pancakes or naan bread for you. We also dined at Amari by Chef Vineet Bhatia and this was also really great and so worth the visit! The beach was absolutely beautiful too, white sandy beach with lots of loungers. However the swimming pool would have been great with more loungers. We were celebrating our pearl anniversary and they gave us a few different treats that made it all feel very special. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel! Thank you to everyone at the Lux Belle Mare!

The beach in front of the hotel, the food, the garden - really out of paradise!

The room/view was immaculate. The food was diverse and amazing. But what made our trip truly memorable is the outstanding staff! They are warm, professional, personable, possess a sense of humor and do well with Americans who are new to the island...THANK YOU!

Incrível Praia maravilhosa. Café da manhã com muitas variedades. Quarto muito agradável Restaurantes não curti muito o buffet mas o restaurante chinês eu achei muito bom. Ganhamos uns mimos por estar comemorando anos de casados. Flexibilidade para late check out somente mediante a pagamento que achei bem caro (250 euros para ficar até as 17h)

The hotel was wonderful and the villas were spectacular. the staff really looked after us and all areas of the hotel, including the beach, pool and restaurants were beautiful, clean and a pleasure to be holidaying in.

Provavelmente o melhor hotel no qual já fiquei, literalmente de sonho. Quartos limpos e sempre impecáveis, o hotel tem imensas atividades, vários restaurantes e os trabalhadores são simplesmente excepcionais.

Excellent séjour d’un peu plus d’une semaine dans ce magnifiques hôtel. Les mauriciens sont très gentils et chaleureux. Nous sommes très bien accueilli dès l’arrivée à l’hôtel. Celui-ci est propre et décoré avec goût. Le petit plus c’est qu’il est kids friendly donc parfait pour venir avec les enfants. La piscine est grande et très belle avec la plage juste derrière. Serviettes de plage à volonté. Les restaurants sont très bons.
