서비스가 너무 별로에요. 체크아웃하려고 버기를 부르면 1시간을 넘게 기다려야해요. 버기 오는데 5분도 안걸리는데 전화해서 왜 안보내주냐고 물으면 자꾸 5분 전에 보냈다며 거짓말을 계속해요. 예정된 스케줄 다 취소했음. 올인클루시브 예약해봤자 식당이나 익스커션 예약할 수가 없었어요. 이미 한 주 일정이 꽉 찾다며 받지 않아요. 친절한 척하나 친절하지 않음. 시간과 기분을 아주 거지같이 날려서 여행의 마지막 날을 짜증으로 보냄.

시설 및 서비스는 훌륭했으나 중국인들이 너무 많았음. 같은 동양인으로서 계속적인 중국인 취급에 불쾌할때가 종종 있음. 무조건적으로 중국말을 건네오거나 중국인 직원을 계속 붙여줌.

Die weitläufige Hotelanlage direkt am Meer ist sehr schön. Die Gebäude und die beiden grossen Pools, fügen sich sehr gut in die gepflegte Gartenanlage ein. Die Zimmer (wir hatten eine Junior-Suite) sind sehr geräumig, gepflegt und ruhig. Das Personal ist generell sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service in den Restaurants wirkt jedoch ab und zu etwas unbeholfen. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Bei einem medizinischen Problem wurde uns von der Rezeption und von einer immer anwesenden Krankenschwester umgehend und sehr professionell geholfen. Im Anschluss daran wurde uns vom Management ein Zimmerservice angeboten und das Housekeeping wünschte uns mit einem Blumenstrauss gute Besserung. Dafür nochmals ganz herzlichen Dank.

Das war seid langem das beste Hotel in dem ich war. Das Personal ist super freundlich und bemüht sich alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Hotel ist super angelegt und nicht zu groß …. Da Essen ist wunderbar und für jeden was dabei.

Where can I start! The grounds are stunning, rooms very clean.. staff is absolutely amazing. Food is also top notch at all of the restaurants. The morning buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet is equally amazing although to me just a tad pricey. We stayed in a suite and I can tell you that it was very comfortable. A bit aged but very comfortable. I would recommend this property 100 percent.

Our stay at The Westin Turtle Bay Resort & Spa was truly fabulous. The resort is a beautiful oasis, perfectly located right on the beach. The buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious food, and dining at the à la carte restaurant, Mystique, was an absolute highlight — simply outstanding. We loved everything: the location, the food, the overall atmosphere, the peacefulness, but also the evenings with live music. The room was comfortable, and the attention to guests’ needs was remarkable. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. A special mention goes to Soonita, who made every breakfast a real pleasure — she is incredibly kind, hardworking, and always smiling. I sincerely hope the management recognizes and rewards employees who go the extra mile, as she truly does. For snorkeling lovers, this place is a dream. Although the beach is quite rocky, with proper water shoes swimming becomes a real joy. We saw an incredible variety of fish, a harlequin sea snake, and even a sea turtle! Considering how close to the shore we were ( I’m not a strong swimmer) and how rare such sightings are, we felt extremely lucky. There was a small issue with the first room we were given, where we didn’t feel very comfortable. However, once we mentioned it at reception, they immediately offered us another room. Their quick response and genuine care for our well-being truly made a difference. Nothing is ever absolutely perfect, but this experience was definitely amazing. 10/10

Nydelig rom, fantastiske ansatte som hjalp oss med alt vi spurte om. Veldig god mat på resorten og flotte basseng. Fantastisk service av alle som jobbet der. Fra de i resepsjonen, på serveringene, ved bassenget og de som gjorde rent på rommet. Helt nydelig opphold

Chambre attribuée qui n'était pas celle réservée, on nous endort à nous offrir des surprises dans la chambre comme un gateau d'anniversaire de mariage alors quil est dans 6 mois ! Ménage à désirer, chambre pas faite à 17h !!!

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und die Betten sind super komfortabel, im Bad gab es viel Platz und ausreichend Handtücher. der Service in allen Bereichen war sehr zuvorkommend und es wurde immer Wert auf unser Wohlbefinden gelegt. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die direkte Lage am Meer ist toll.

Older property, but very beautiful! Rooms were clean and the grounds were also well maintained. Gorgeous swimming pools! Although rooms are reasonably priced, the hotel restaurants are not! The breakfast buffet was decent and included in our hotel stay.

Dejligt ophold. Værelset var skønt, Fantastisk smuk udsigt og med udgang direkte til stranden. Gode restauranter, venligt personale, ikke overfyldt.

The place was overcrowded with mosquitoes, and the room was infested. The language barrier was another issue, and some of the services were slow.

Prachtig hotel. Junior suite ruime kamer, ruime badkamer met bad en douche. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Geweldige locatie. Meer dan echte aanrader!

I had a terrible experience at the Westin Turtle Bay in Mauritius. After dining at the Seasonal Tastes buffet, I suffered a severe food poisoning that left me bedridden for an entire day and unwell for several more. The only “support” the hotel offered was two Imodium tablets, and they refused any form of compensation. My stay was completely ruined by this violent illness, and I later learned that other guests were even hospitalized for dehydration. Absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. I will never return and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Service pas au niveau. des personnes très gentilles mais incapable de répondre clairement aux questions. j'étais déjà venu, le service a nettement baissé. et c'est très énervant le signe pour nous saluer. le personnel passe son temps à faire cela.

Personnel irréprochable, gentillesse, etc….chambre impeccable, vraiment merci à toutes les équipes du Westin👍👍👍👍
