The place was so dirty and I found cockroaches in my bed

Je n’ai absolument pas aimé mon expérience, les deux membres du personnel sur lequel je suis tombé n’était pas du tout à l’écoute ni serviable. L’état de la 1ere chambre attribué n’a pas été vérifié avant de me donner les clés. On m’a changer de chambre sans même s’excuser de la gêne occasionné. Bref, je passe les détails mais je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel. 0,5/10

I don't like this hotel. It's noy even 2 star hotel, they gave me 1 towel, I requested 2 and it seems to be a big deal. I will never stay there. I don't like the bathroom style. It makes the bed linen damp. I will rate them 4 for safety. It's safe.

The hotel was very central to dakar and the staff and security went the extra mile in helping me. The food was excellent as a buffet service amazing variety for choice.

It was fine for late arrival and early departure but is in need of total refurb compared to other Onomo properties.

The bathroom design is not the best out there, they should do something about thr water flowing when someone takes shower
