Never had reservations for restaurant and after two hours of waiting for food at our table for my cousin birthday dinner the serves comes out and tells us they ran of food. Elevator kept breaking and rooms had the worst moody smell.

2nd time staying at a Royalton property and loved it once again

Most of the dining staff were not friendly and service was poor. Ran out of food that was on the menu, napkins.

We loved everything about the property. Did several excursions, the bambo raft ride was one of my favorites, our guide Lazarus was kind, and very knowledgeable about the island and the sites. The best guide ever. Would difinetly go back.

This resort is very nice but the rooms definitely need a makeover.

Ok, so I hate to have to write this review of the Royalton because in some areas they are great, pool staff/entertainment and restaurant staff, but other areas absolutely horrible. 1st day, the door partition's to separate the rooms off track, called maintenance he came, showed me that it needed a stopper and said he would be there to fix it "tomorrow", never came back. There was no bedding for the pull out- we had a party of 4, room is set up for 2 in king bed and two on pullout but no bedding. Table with built in mirror, the mirror was absolutely disgusting when we arrived. It looked as if a kid had food on their hand and smeared it all over the mirror. They didn't clean the mirror the entire time we were there, we have pics and videos. Blow dryer was broken. No exaggeration, I called the front desk 5 times on 3 different days asking for a new one so we could dry our hair, after swimming all day, before going to dinner. They always said ok, but didn't bring it until the night before we left. An expedia rep stopped me outside and asked if I needed anything, I told her a blow dryer, she said she would be sure to put a request in. I still didn't get it that day. My biggest issue of all was, I requested an ocean view room and I did not receive one. I politely called the front desk the lady told me that I booked a family suite not an ocean view. I told her I have the paperwork to prove it, was told bring it to desk, I did and was told there were no rooms available.

Overall, a beautiful resort Friendly staff Food quality medium 3 1/2 to 4 stars Room is not well insulated so sheets on the bed and your clothes get damp. That’s the one downside otherwise we had a wonderful time.

Property was awesome. One of the best all-inclusive I have been to. The property is spacious, clean, pools were awesome. Nightly entertainment was great. The buffet restaurant was excellent. The a la carte restaurants were okay. The only issue we experienced was long delays in room service - exceeded 2 hours for food orders. The menu options for room service are also limited and the order were not fulfilled as advertised on menu listing. Options were also not available at times.

The property was pretty good overall. It has amazing pools and the facility is in pretty good condition. Some of the staff however not so good. Most of the staff were very nice and pleasant but some demonstrated they preferred not to be there. Food truck staff, guy manning the pasta station at the buffet were not polite and didn’t make me feel welcome. Small beach area but nice view! Liked the place overall. Might not stay there again though.

Staff was rude. Service was horrible .

Great dining options & family friendly.

The only thing is the placement of 110 receptacles were placed next to the bed not near a mirror which made it hard for women to do hair. Rooms need to be updated in that area for people from the US.

Loved staying here for our honeymoon! Beautiful resort.

Resort was well maintained. Most of staff was very helpful. Food selection and quality was excellent.

It was a ok experience here and the food was mediocre and some nights not good and served the same foods all the time

Need more authentic St Lucian food & fruits. Lack taste & spice!! Designate a cafe to authentic food. Someone broke my watch that was left in the room in my bag while I was at the pool & security did nothing! Need “Do not disturb signs”. Other than the two negatives the place was amazing property was clean & staff was nothing short of amazing specially Alvina & Sam
