Friendly staff, easily walkable area

It’s was dirty , fans were broken we could not use hot tub we were told it was for show and we’re not compensated at all !

Was a really nice hotel!

Bed was very comfortable. Room nice size and clean. Food was ok, not bad. Would have liked more caribbean options. Staff very accomodating.

Food options are limited, bed was ok, internet access was limited in the pool area and transportation was accessible. The refrigerator was old and rusty. The balcony had bird mess on it so that was unsanitary to sit on it.

Second time staying at this hotel. Everything was great except for seaweed on the beach, which isn't the hotel's fault, just nature. Loved our stay and would stay again next time

It’s a nice hotel located right on the beach but needs reservations specially the pool, pool was dirty everyday, moldy grime around it and the floor needed cleaning. the sargassum on the beach could of been raked but left on the beach. Appearance matters.

I saw a review from 2023. The complaint was no water and a bit outdated. I laughted it off. Fast forward to 2025 and the same issue exits. Unbelievable!!!!! Wake up to prepare for checkout (1night stay) and no water. Staff has no explanation. Not a clue as to what to do. Unacceptable!!! For 200+ a night, improvement in their water system and updating the rooms is a must. Staff is amazing. Nothing negative about their hospitality. Hospitality outstanding!!!

Charming but Severely Outdated The Accra Beach Hotel has a charming location and friendly atmosphere, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the outdated facilities and lack of attention to detail. While the air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well (a blessing in the Barbados heat), many basic amenities fell short. My room had a Jacuzzi tub, which was a nice feature in theory but it didn’t work. There was no microwave in the room, and the ice machine was out of service for the duration of my stay. The hotel lacks a lifeguard at the pool, and there was no music or ambiance in the common areas, which made everything feel flat and underwhelming. Pool chairs were tattered and visibly dirty, which was hard to overlook. Lighting in the room was poor, making the space feel gloomy at times. Housekeeping was minimal beds were made, but no thorough cleaning seemed to take place. A refresh or modernization of both the rooms and the service approach would go a long way in making this property live up to its potential.

Overall, good. No significant complaints. Some aspects are a bit run down. Some staff seem disengaged (less than professional). It served my individual purpose.

Great service,friendly staff, pleasing esthetics, i do however think space cud use some upgrading.

The people at the reception desk, maid service, the people who worked in the restaurant were very friendly & accommodating! When my husband became ill (it happened outside of the hotel or restaurant), the restaurant manager did everything to help me to make him comfortable!

Great beach, great pool, great people, booked with expedia and it was the most expensive of all, found out when i got to the hotel. Paid $150 more than what the hotel price was.
