Está bien el lugar, pero las habitaciones necesitan mantenimiento en paredes, loza sanitaria. Las camas están muy duras.

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this Hotel. It is very old, smells like mold. The only good thing about this Hotel is the friendly staff.

No me gustó que no incluya transporte al y del aeropuerto. Hay goteras por todos lados. No hay menús de dieta.

Need Urgent maintenance. And the taste of the food was not good. Variety is good, but flavor is missing.

Good service

Started quite bad with 2 receptionists doing half the job they were supposed to do. Forgot towel for swimming pool and bracelet, and to indicate where to go (difficult to navigate at first). Rest of the staff was nice. Food all-in is not all good, sometimes cold. My room was pretty minimalistic, but overall ok.

The need maintenance

Food was really good, the hotel was so clean and everything well organized. We had a room in front of the pool and just steps away we could enjoy the beach. We had an amazing experience and will be coming back for sure. Thanks to staff for 5 star service! Hasta pronto Henry Morgan!

Great location

Overall good. The property was beautiful. Food was great, the room was just average, maybe a tad below. It was clean but dated. The shower head and bathroom faucet was a mist. Sheets were rough and the blanket included was scratchy fleece. They had a night show that was pretty loud and lasted til 11pm, so hard to fall asleep to that, and there were bright lights outside not blocked by the curtains. The drinks that were included were good and a nice variety (beer and mixed drinks) Staff was very friendly, but be prepared for a bunch of people everywhere trying to sell you an excursion or something. It’s definitely family friendly, with some activities for the kids. Pools were nice. The grounds were well maintained. If you’re a drinker and want included food it was great. Walking distance to everything

All inclusive all you can eat and drink. Entertainment for kids and adults at night.

Lo recomiendo para ir en familia muy bonito ambiente, los empleados con esepcion de algunos guardias de seguridad mal humorados que molestan pero todos los demas empleados son un amor. La gente visita estos lugares para divertirse relajarse porfavor guardias sean mas empaticos no todos quieren dormir y temprano 😖

The staff was very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. What I wasn’t afawn of was the salty water in the resort. Even the shower water was very salty. The bathroom was mid for an expensive resort like this one I expected the design to be better. The food was great. The night activities even better.
