전체 평가 및 리뷰 Allingham Arms Hotel

Very good

Man fühlt sich in die 80iger Jahre zurück versetzt. Das betrifft nicht ausschließlich das Hotel und die Zimmereinrichtung sondern fast die halbe Stadt. Das ist keine Kritik und es gibt offensichtlich auch viele Gäste die genau das mögen. Überwiegend ältere Urlauber welche sicherlich nicht zum ersten mal hier waren. Alles gut und mal was anderes.

Staff was wonderful, room comfortable with a great view of the bay and sunsets.

Pros: easy checkin, plenty parking Cons: room with no AC, breakfast was not good.

Lovely hotel- spotlessly clean, very friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Enjoyed the stay but receptionist wasn’t very switched on

Was initially given a room that had kitchen ventilation fans running right outside the window but the staff made it right when I was upgraded without cost to a sea view room. Great room as large and comfortable and a small table with 2 chairs for drink, snack while watching the ocean

Lovely stay at Allingham Arms, spacious room, great breakfast with lots of selection and we were upgraded to a sea view room for my partners birthday!

Not enough staff available at busy periods

We had a Seaview room which was lovely. We had a great view of the sunset from our room. we only had one meal in the restaurant (not the main one where you need to book) and would not rate the food as good. The bed was ok, not great, and the pillows were hard. The room was so hot on arrival and even though we opened the window, it did not cool down enough for a goods night sleep. The windows were dirty and had lots of cobwebs. Room staff good, we did not require our room to be serviced but they gave us extra tea and coffee and milk. Overall, the hotel is well positioned, within walking distance of supermarket. Only 1 lift. Lots of parking.

Prima hotel gelegen aan zee bij de boulevard. Parkeren is gratis en ruim voldoende op eigen terrein. Personeel is vriendelijk en er is regelmatig live music. Ligging is vlakbij de hoofdstraat van Bundoran. Ruime en nette kamer en badkamer. ‘s Ochtends genoten van een heerlijk Iers ontbijtbuffet.

To many important things went badly for this to be a random bad stay. Parking is too far away and they make you walk in the rain all the way around the place rather than having a side or back entrance. Check in took forever because she kept doing other things for other people. The internet did not work and hadn't for weeks. Unacceptable! There is no AC. The one window only opened a crack and the heat comes on according to their schedule and levels, not the room occupant’s. We turned the radiators off and were still cooking. We called down and asked for help. They "fixed" it but the heat stayed on. The guy they sent could not figure it out and said something was broken. They finally re-accommodated us to another room at 10:40 pm. Unfortunately this new room was so heavily fragranced that my wife's allergies kept her awake much of the night. The beds were so lumpy and hard in the new room that I tossed and turned all night. The breakfast we paid extra for was ok as far as far as it went but the choices were so few. These are not just bad luck things. These are decisions on the management’s part to do things on the cheap in spite of how it will negatively affect their clientele. I feel cheated.
