Hermoso lugar, limpio, staff amigable, buena locación. Totalmente recomendado.

Not worth the price. 1 bathroom and toilet for 4 rooms. No dark blind in rooms - so, if you are like me good luck getting any shut eye in 24 hour days in Iceland. Rude host - does not know how take feedback and has communication issues.

A nice room with very good WCs and kitchen. Very friendly host who took care of everything we needed. Good wifi! Gorgeous property to walk around on.

A beautiful house dotted in the background of mountains! Stayed for one night but definitely wanted to stay more days.

Excellent Stay!

We had wonderful stay. kind hosts and everything was easy. We stayed as a family of 8 and had the entire apartment, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The kids had a great time roaming the land and exploring around the creek. It’s only 15 minutes from the town but feels a world way, peaceful and quiet. Stefan has toiletries and pantry essentials available, everything was clean and spotless. It was our favorite stay in Iceland!

The apartment was on the ground floor, comfortable and very clean. There were 2.5 bathrooms (one full with shower and tub, one full with shower, and one with just toilet). It was great for us traveling with elderly parents who were moving slow and walking with a walker. The seating and dining area was small but very adequate. The hallways were wide and the bathroom with shower was large enough for the one of us on a walker to get around very comfortably. Highly recommend for anyone needing a place that is walker-friendly.

Peaceful setting with some updated amenities

Very clean facility. Wish there was a bigger common area, but that’s fine. Warm room and clean bedding. We didn’t have any issue getting a hold of the bathroom whenever we needed to thankfully.

Quiet, and had everything we needed. Normally we prefer whole place, or hotel rooms, but this guest house had 2.5 bathrooms for 4 guest rooms, so no waiting for bathrooms at all ever.

We had a lovely stay at Setburg Guesthouse - it is cosy but very well-appointed and thought out. We can highly recommend it to future guests.

It was a renovated home rhat has been in the man's family for a few generations. Stefan and his dog 🐕 Schooley (not sure of spellings) live uostairs and it is a working farm. Downstairs are 4 or 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 of them with shower/bath capabilities. It has a large communal kitchen. All are very clean. Inside are pictures of the family working, and the area from many years ago. There are things in glass cases that i think are old and were important to the family., some old tools like carding combs for wool and some spindles. This gives this beautiful place a homey historical feel.

Stefan is the best host we have ever had. He is the perfect host we could have asked for. Stayed in a lovely accomodation which had everything we needed. Beauriful scenic location. Next time we visit Iceland will defo stay longer at your place.Thank you for everything Stefan.
