I was surprised and a little uncomfortable because the actual room space was too small for the photo and I thought.. And I got a check-in call by email and proceeded, but I got a reply after an hour so it was too late for me so it was uncomfortable when I checked in. However, the location was good so I could easily get to the main destination by walking or Uber

위치랑 시설 모든게 너무 좋았는데 서비스가 좀 그래도 위치랑 시설이 좋아서 추천입니다

메인 관광지를 도는 2번 트램을 탈 수 있는 트램 역까지 5분 정도 걸어가면 갈 수 있고 근처에 마트가 있는 것은 좋았으나, 창밖의 소음 때문에 잠들기 어려웠다. 거의 종이 벽, 종이 창문인듯... 방은 작고 느낌있게 꾸며져 있으나 냉장고가 고장난 상태였고 고쳐달라고 4번 말했는데 결국 고치지 못했다. 마지막 직원은 자기 일 아니라는 듯 방 바꾸던가 라는 태도여서 굉장히 기분을 상하게 했고 5일을 묵으면서 만난 여러 직원 중 여자 분을 제외하고는 굉장히 사무적이였고 도움을 주거나 친근하게 대하고 싶은 의도가 전혀 보이지 않았다. 호텔은 오며가며 마주하는 직원들의 서비스 태도가 숙박하는 사람의 전반적 경험에 굉장히 큰 영향을 미친다고 생각하는데 이 호텔은 그런 의미에서 내게 불쾌한 기억을 심어주었고, 서비스 개선이 매우 필요하다.

I enjoyed the stay at their hotel. Rooms are small but if you’re there to spend time out walking and sightseeing those rooms are great for you

Wed site said daily cleaning but it was not . You had to scan the QR code to request for a cleaning. You had to go down stairs to the reception for a new garbage disposal bag. It doesn’t ´provide the service as a hotel should be. It is poor service and doesn’t want to hire staff for cleaning. This is our first time and also the last time that we stayed at this hotel.

Request a room on the back of the street can be very noisy. Don't forget to ask to service in the room every day. Great stuff and very good location.

Our room was very small but clean and we basically just slept there so it was okay. The location and very helpful and welcoming staff were great. If you’re going to keep yourself out touring the city all day then it is a great place at a reasonable price.

Rooms are very small. Only for overnight back packers. Not suitable for families with suitcases.

Sehr gute Lage. Die Dame an der Rezeption beim Check In war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Personal beim Frühstück war hingegen sehr nett. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ausreichend, aber hat uns nicht umgehauen (Obstsalat o. Ä. wäre schön). Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber sauber. Leider fehlte uns ein Kleiderschrank oder Möglichkeiten, um Kleidung aufzuhängen.
