Bad service Breakfast not served ! Bad location! Staff doesn’t speak English Noisy No elevator !!!

Very nice staff, clean room. The hotel is located in an alley, so you have to drag your bags on pebbled streets to get there, as cars and buses do not enter the alley. The person at the front desk can help with your bags at check out, and take you to the main street.

Se eu puder dar um conselho, ABSOLUTAMENTE NAOOOO FIQUE NESTE “hotel”. Eu não sei nem por onde começar: sujo demais, até uma maçã PODRE tinha embaixo da cama quando chegamos. Tudo caindo aos pedaços. Tínhamos três diárias e só conseguimos tomar café em um dia, nos outros não tinha café e nem ninguém pra servir, tivemos que tomar fora. O chuveiro virava uma piscina, a água voltava inteira do ralo e era impossível demorar no banho. A localização é PESSIMA! Num beco super escuro e sujo. Enfim, foi o pior lugar que já fiquei na vida. Na recomendo!

El checking un poco tarde

I didn’t have breakfast there so I couldn’t comment on it. But the young man at the reception was very kind and he asked me if I knew that breakfast was served in the hotel. The hotel is very close to the lake. You walk about 50 meters, then around the corner on the right hand side, you will see the lake. This is a big plus for the hotel. Shower works well. I like it.

太嘈吵，因周圍住宅及多電單車出入，居民深夜街頭談話，遠離市居及超市，但價錢合理包早餐，不能要求太多。入住安全為首要原因。因太嘈吵要求換房，職員亦落意安排比較清靜一間，能在這渡過美好回憶。

El hotel es muy sencillo, pero tiene lo básico para una estancia en Panajachel. Tomando en cuenta que lo que uno necesita es un lugar para dormir y bañarse. Tiene ducha con agua caliente, televisión, cama cómoda. Las señoras del aseo muy amables y el desayuno estaba delicioso.

La ubicación real del Hotel no coincide con la que muestran en el mapa, es al fondo de un callejon que de primera vista no se ve muy seguro, al final te das cuenta que es seguro pero la primera impresion es mala. Cuando llegue no habia nadie en la recepcion. Justo a lado hay una iglesia, y el domingo por la noche me toco muchisimo ruido de musica y gente cantando de la iglesia. En la noche cierran la puerta principal y nadie te avisa que tienen una a un lado que debes usar en caso de que quieras salir por la noche. La habitacion estaba bien pero le hacen fala detalles de mantenimiento.

Not good, I was charged more than the price recerved on line and charged twice I am still dealing with the double charges

The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff were friendly however at night time you can literally hear everyone one on the road and the dogs barking into 5am.
