Excellent location, great food, spacious rooms, outstanding service.

Hotel is modern and rooms are well thought out, reasonably spacious. We were easilly able to get adjoining rooms so our whole family could share space better. Location was ideal for strolling/shopping/dining nearby. Only complaint would be a lapse in housekeeping one day when we did not get fresh towels which were quite needed. Not addressed despite calling front desk. Despite this, would not hesitated to stay here again

Excellent location. Hotel was impeccable. A++ Service.

Stayed several nights during a week in June 2025. From the airport you have to pay attention that directions take you to the front of the building whereas valet parking is on the side on a one way street. Valets were super friendly and helpful, check in with Quentin was easy and smooth. A nice perk was that they offered complimentary wine and margaritas at happy hour. The hotel is clean and modern. The room was great, except they have barn doors to the restroom, which I typically don't love. Overall the cleanliness was on point. The Kimpton's bar and restaurant were both really nice and the food at Borgello's was really good. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and the service was superb. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, a few minutes walk to Old Europe bakery where they are known for their cheese Danishes and coffee was great. There are lots of artisan shops in the area where you can support local artists and buy unique gifts and souvenirs to take home. Attended a show at the Orange Peel which was a ten minute stroll from the Kimpton and next door to the Wicked Weed Brewery, which were both a great experience. All in all the Kimpton is the perfect location for a nice and reasonably priced hotel to experience much of what downtown Asheville has to offer. Will continue to stay here as I visit family once or twice a year.

What a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Ashville!

The staff was outstanding, made us feel welcome and taken care of the minute we arrived. Room was beautiful and comfortable. Super convenient to all things downtown Asheville. We had such a good rest and stay. Thank you Kimpton!!

I had a nice view of the mountains from my room, and I was impressed with how many amenties the room had. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is in the downtown area, so you can easily walk to a bunch of different restaurants and shops. The art museum is caddy-corner to the hotel.

Very short but super comfortable and clean

Tastefully decorated, modern and ideally located within walking distance of everything downtown. Our room was very nice for a 5 night stay; we did note that the bathroom seemed to lack a fan. Otherwise clean and serviced every day. Breakfast was excellent and the service on all levels was friendly and efficient.

Great modern hotel, only thing missing was a pool!
