Super friendly and polite staff. Luxurious room and very delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. It's at a very strategic location whereby walking to the lake is just 3-5 mins. Highly recommend 👍

คือบริการดีตั้งแต่เข้าไป แนะนำร้านอาหาร แนะนำการเดินทางไปสนามบิน เพราะว่าเราพักที่นี่เป็นคืนสุดท้าย ทุกอย่างที่นี่ดีมาก พนักงานใจดีบริการแบบยิ้มแย้มตลอด คือรักที่นี่มาก ถ้าได้กลับไปฮานอยจะกลับไปพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ ใครกำลังคิดอยู่บอกเลยไม่ผิดหวังค่ะ

The hotel is a new built, and located strategically close to the Hoan Kiem lake where most of the local food and entertainment placed. I like it because though it's quite center with the busy area, but the hotel located in a much quite area so you felt safe also. And the most important thing, the staffs are nice and attentive :)
