서비스와 시설 환경 식사등 모든것이 더할 나위없이 좋았읍니다

시설이 훌륭하고 깨끗하며 직원들이 친절합니다. 조식 뷔페도 맛있고 다양합니다. 무료주차 가능하고 산속이라 청량합니다.

I had a remarkable time. The facility and the staff are exceptional. Would love to visit again.

Great place.

산이 보이는 객실이 정말 환상적이었어요. 체크인 시 인당 10,000엔씩 매일 보증금을 받았어요. 처음에 잘 이해를 못해서 당황했는데 나중에 보니 호텔 지내는 기간 중 호텔에서 쓴 비용 제외하고 돌려주는 것 같앴어요. 저희는 쉬러 갔기 때문에 정말 잘 쉬고 왔어요. 주위에 풍경이 정말 멋지고 근교에도 자연을 느낄 만한 곳이 많았어요.

暖房の聞き具合が、不足しており、少し寒かった。 加湿器のタンクが壊れていた。

Beautiful property and facilities with high-end finishes and design. Excellent food (breakfast) and good restaurants. Only downside is that there is no walkable "local" area to explore. The hotel is self-contained but isolated, and one needs to take the shuttle to Hirafu to be in town. That said, it was a wonderful place to ski in and out of, with fantastic service and amenities.

素晴らしかったです。 他の口コミにもあるようにスタッフは外国の方が多く、普通に英語で話しかけてくださり外国にいるような気分になります。 ベーシックタイプのお部屋に滞在しましたが、とても広くて快適で驚きました。 お食事はラウンジ、チャイナキッチン、インルームダイニングで頂き、どれも美味しく、とても心地よかったです。 バーのハッピーアワーもとても良かったです。 プールでは、水に入ると（耳まで水に入ると）音楽が聞こえてきて驚きました。素敵でした。 8歳の子を連れて行きましたが、大変居心地よく過ごせました。 またきっと訪れます。

３日間の滞在で2日目の夕方車で戻った際、スタッフに教えてもらった場所に車を駐車した。 ３日目のチェックアウトの後車に戻ると、車がカラーコーンに囲まれ、ここに駐車はご遠慮下さいという内容の、パネルをフロントガラスに置かれ迷惑駐車をしたみたいな扱いを受けた。 前日スタッフに教えてもらった場所に停めたとエントランスのスタッフに言ったところ、そこは団体のお客様の駐車場なので、次回からここに停めないように注意された。 チェックアウトしたので次回はありません。 ３日間快適に過ごさせてもらえて満足していましたが、最後に旅行気分がぶちこわされた。

This place is gorgeous, the on site restaurants are amazing. I had a Hokkaido soft serve ice cream cone that will haunt me for the rest of my life ;) the staff were unbelievably responsive, and extremely friendly and patient with my six year old daughter. The onsen was beautiful and relaxing. We stayed off season the first two weeks of June and the place was empty - we had it to ourselves.
