温泉はゆっくり浸かる事ができ 最高でした

ご飯もおいしいし部屋も綺麗ですごくよかったです　接客も感じよかったしとてもよかったと思いました　ただ露天風呂が階段みたいになってて　風呂の色が茶色ぽいので下が見えないて危ないと感じました

Lovely ryokan. We didn’t take the meals, and they were served in a dining area, not in the room. But the staff informed us of the early closing hours of locals restaurants and izakaya, and they booked tables for us at both, which was very helpful. They picked us up and dropped us off at the bus stop on arrival/departure. The room was spacious, very clean, with a large window looking out over the forest. I really loved their onsen which is on a balcony, looking at forest and the night sky, it was a mild temperature, not as hot as many onsens, but very nice. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Onsen hopping in Kurokawa Onsen was one of the trips highlights.

Staff are very polite, especially the staff at the restaurant, it was a great experience of the Kaiseki. Room is clean, and nice with the onsen. Staff are very helpful and cheerful.

部屋の中に湯船があり、いつでも入ることができます。朝ごはんもしっかりあり、大変おいしかったです。何度きても静かで黒川温泉はいいところだなと思います。

Food was expensive but worth it. Bath is room was excellent. Shared bath was mostly empty (male) and serene. 음식은 비쌌지만 그만한 가치가 있었음. 객실 내 목욕 시설은 훌륭했고, 공용 목욕탕(남성)은 한산하고 고요한 분위기였음.

最滿意是酒店提供接駁車服務，又會幫忙運送行李到房間，非常輕鬆。

スタッフの方がとても親切で気持ちよく宿泊する事が出来ました。 また機会があれば行きたいです。 料理、温泉共に最高です。

スタッフの方の対応がとてもよかったです。 温泉も素晴らしかったのでまた泊まりたいと思いました。

This hotel services have always been attentive and of high quality. But I think Onsen closed at 2100 is too early, it is not enough time to enjoy Onsen when finished dinner

チェックインでの対応はよかったですが、料理が残念でした。 事前のやりとりではプライベート感のある食事処とのことでしたが、部屋を簡単なブラインドでくぎっただけでした。部屋を出るときも他のカップルのテーブルのすぐ横を通らなければならなくて、、、 団体客がいてにぎやか 食事処は寒くて他の方も寒いと言ってました。 ご飯は出てくるスピードは遅めです。 最初に頼んだ飲み物も他のテーブルの方たちはずっと待っていたようでした。 ただ、馬刺しとヤマメの焼き魚は美味しかったです。

Kurosawa Hot Springs is well known in Japan for its good quality hot spring water. This inn is located at right in middle of town and parking is very convenient. They have good quality food for dinner and breakfast. It is not 5 stars but it is pretty good cost performance. Besides it’s main hot spring bath, they have 2 private baths if you want privacy or have tattoos. Room is small and very average but it has a great view of mountains.

今回の旅行は両親の結婚記念日のお祝いのプレゼントでした。運転免許証を返納した父が遠出出来ずにいたのでドライバーとして一緒に旅行しました。予め旅館にお願いしてケーキの準備をしていたのですが、夕食後にロウソクが立てられているケーキの登場に両親はビックリしながらも感激していました。旅館の中居さん方が一緒に祝って下さり写真も撮って下さりとても良い思い出となりました。 温泉もお部屋もお料理も全て満足出来る内容でした。 館内はスリッパ無しだった為、足袋ソックスのみで歩きましたが、食事処で足が冷え切ってしまったのがちょっと残念でした。冬場はもう1枚暖かい靴下を履いた方が良さそうです。
