액상프로방스에서 고를만한 숙소가 없어서 고민하다 한국인 후기 몇개 보고 정원 하나에 꽂혀서 골랐는데 사실 그게 전부에요..어메니티 겔랑인거 특이사항!(향이 대단히 좋진 않음) 90프로가 포도밭? 자연이어서 심심한거 같아요! 조식도 뷔페가 아니고 빵한접시가 15유로이고 핫푸드는 별도인 점 아쉬웠는데 빵맛은 정말 최고이긴 했어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ뭔가 아쉬운듯 했지만 미슐랭 레스토랑도 호텔내 보유하고 있고 그것도 맛있긴 했네요 그 외 부대시설도 (헬스장 및 수영장도 하나)좀 아쉬웠는데 주요 관광지랑 가까워서 밖 돌아다니느라 이용할 새는 없었어요! 숙소에서 많이 시간보낼 분들에게는 비추입니다

정말 멋지고 아름다운 샤토였습니다! 사진을 보니 숙박의 좋았던 기억이 떠오르네요. 체크인 과정이 좀 느렸지만 스태프들도 모두 친절하고 언제나 협조적이었습니다. 유명한 미슐랭 레스토랑은 미리 예약을 해야 이용 가능합니다. 너무 인기가 많아서 당일 walk in은 불가능 하네요. 내부 인테리어도 멋지고 estate 전체의 조경도 아름답고 조각상들도 많아서 산책하기 좋습니다. 수영장도 너무 예쁘고 정말 깨끗하고 쾌적하게 관리되고 있어요. 귀여운 고양이도 한마리 살고있어요. 엑상프로방스에 다시 가게되면 꼭 다시 숙박할거에요.

Everyone was super kind and helpful. The place was not to mention full of beauty. Turndown service was also very nicely done. Only downside was family suite does not have a livingroom and has only one toilet which i did not know in advance.

Struttura veramente incantevole e contesto incredibile. Non merita un punteggio completo per due motivi: stanza molto ampia, ma senza un salotto e con un bagno (wc) solo; ristorante di buon livello, personale cordiale, ma leggermente disorganizzato per il costo che richiede.

Beautiful new hotel with really friendly staff. Very cozy. Food was also great and the venue incredibly beautiful. Art work is a bit out there though. :/ happy I didn’t take the kids and had to explain it to them.

Hermoso, fuera de serie todo, maravilloso, amables todos al 100%, solo que tienen a los gatos sin casitas con un frío terrible, les falta conciencia del medio ambiente.

Was given a supposed upgrade to a suite which was not situated on Chateau grounds and not featured on hotel map supplied at check in. Nevertheless it was a spacious room. Concierge was very helpful in assisting with a rental car query. On our first night enjoyed dinner at La Source as this was the only operational restaurant during our 2 night stay. Upon completion of our meal enquired about dinner for the following night at table 33 by the water and was told it was available so we booked it at reception as we could not remember our room number. On arrival at the restaurant we were not given the table that was booked . Instead we were told it was human error and the table had already been booked before us. This was not plausible as two staff members had confirmed availability the night before. Restaurant staff were dismissive and arrogant . This was not expected for a property of this calibre.

Very nice place but the food is more commercial.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Our only complaint was the garden watering system noise in the morning.

great staff and professional ... great room, new and clean

poor water pressure. no hot water running in the morning in the middle of shower. had to wait staff for 10mins + . told that water tank has ran out of hot water. should wait more and gotta wait more. after 20mins still no hot water…. horrible !!!

La chambre est impeccable. Elle n’était pas prête bien que j’ai signalé arriver en début d'après-midi. L’attente fut courte au final.

Le parc et très très agréable. Aucune construction extérieure est visible depuis le domaine. Un vrai écrin de luxe

We had a great stay- the property is beautiful, the bed is very comfy, and the bathrooms are great too. Would stay again or recommend !

Facility, service, food and wine, all of things in the hotel are really excellent, we spent a wonderful night here.

Awesome Hotel!

This was the most beautiful dreamy property in Provence! I didnt want to leave. The property was tasteful, elegant, friendly and serene.
