위치는 너무 좋은데 7시 이후 직원이 없고 너무 낮은 층은 생각보다 좁고 아쉬웠습니다

제목처럼 모두 만족합니다.

Pretty good. Good location. I stayed two bedroom suite which was spacious and clean enough. There are wahing machine and dryer. Everyday makes up bed.

정말 조용하고 아늑하고 깨끗했으며 스텝들은 모두 과하지도 덜하지도 않게 친절했음. 오클랜 시내에 있었고 메인스트리트인 퀸스트리트까지 5분 거리여서 쇼핑, 멱거리, 교통 모두 정말 편리했음. 아파트식 호텔이어서 매일 아침식사는 호텔에서 첫날 쇼핑해온 과일, 빵, 요거트, 달걀, 커피 등으로 먹을 수 있었고 세탁기, 건조기, 식기세척기, 스토브, 전자레인지 등이 구비 되어 있어 비즈니스 트립에는 더없이 좋은 호텔이었음. 강추

Was nice and clean overall! But feel like bed was a bit old

Everything was new! funiture..stove..washing machine.. very clean and convinience for staying. But you have 2 more company, could feel little bit close.

It was at a perfect location with restaurants at a walking distance.

Good stay, staff very helpful

Handy to asb theatre and the waterfront for dining.

The rooms are wonderfully clean and every detail is well taken care of. Will come back next time for sure!

Certainly located

Very nice sized room and vmcentrally located. Definitely liked thebwasher and dryer being in the room as well as the stove top. The only thing that will be a turn off to some is that there is not 24/7 concierge service, so I would also suggest that they issue a digital key incase a guest key lost or forgotten in room to vet back in the building.

Disappointed that there was no one at reception and difficult check in - I was expected to provide my credit card details through an intercom with people walking through the door!

Apartamento muy tranquilo, zona súper céntrica Precio calidad correcta, es la segunda vez que estado y volvería be nuevo .

Close to hop on hop off and excursion pick up, close to grocery store, close to food, walking distance to water front and excellent room.

Very nice for a long stay we stayed six days and had a washer and dryer was very nice to have in the room

The stay was good. Friendly people and helpful when asking for assistance.

It would have been nicer to have a concierge on duty 24-7.
