Great location. Nice welcome at check in from Ante. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Amazing views. Handy for buses into Split. Good food and beer next door at Cibas.

My husband and I stayed at this property in September 2025. We decided to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Split and we are glad we made that decision. This property is well kept and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a very long promenade in front of this property and many bars & restaurants to walk to. There is a small pool within the fence of the property and the beach is across the promenade. Beautiful views and a very quiet & peaceful spot. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you might need (although a toaster in the kitchen would be nice!) full size fridge, oven & microwave. No laundry in the unit. We had breakfast included in our stay and you go next door to their restaurant and it was very nice! Great selection with beautiful outdoor seating by the water. There is free underground parking (BUT - be aware, if you have rented a manual vehicle, you will need to be very experienced with stopping on extreme steep hills. There is an arm that automatically raises when you exit the parking lot, but there is a delay and you have to stop the car and it’s STEEP!) My only other con would be the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. Other than that, we loved our stay here!

Por gusto personal no nos gusta quedarnos en las ciudades, entonces elegimos este aparthotel que queda a 25’ del puerto de Split, frente al mar, con playa propia y un espectacular restaurante con comida y atención maravillosa. Éramos dos parejas y al ser dos habitaciones con baño privado y un baño adicional más la comodidad e independencia eran perfectas. Muy buen garage, siempre tenía lugar El apartamento además es muy moderno y tecnológico en cuanto a luminaria y mobiliario. Todo el personal muy amable

Very helpful staff, especially as we had a late flight and no one was going to be around at the property to check us in, so they sent us photos and a video of everything we would need. The apartment was very clean and a good supply of towels. The kitchen area had a coffee machine plus a kettle and all the cooking utensils if you wanted to self cater. Breakfast was buffet style and relaxed with both indoor & outdoor seating areas, again the staff were on hand and very helpful. Good standard of cleanliness and great location right on the beach.

The sea view from the balcony was stunning, and it was the perfect way to end our vacation in Croatia. Such a beautiful place to stay!

Couldn't have asked for a better stay

Our apartment was perfect and immaculately clean. The standard of finish and extra touches made it stand out from others. Ante was so friendly and helpful and around during the day if you need him. Location is quiet with a few restaurants which is ideal for a relaxing break. I am a vegan so struggled slightly with food options but the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with absolutely everything you could need to cook. We used Uber to go into Split and the Mall which was great. Overall if I could move the apartment around with us as we travel I would.

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille, la vue depuis le logement sur la mer est tout simplement magnifique, on passerais nos journées a regarder et à écouter la mer. Le logement est de très bonne qualité et de belles finitions haut de gamme. Nous n'avons absolument pas manqué de linge de toilette tellement il y en avait, méme les serviettes de plage sont fournies. L'appart hôtel est idéalement situé près de split, du parc de krka et de plusieurs supérette à proximité, mais surtout, la plage juste devant. Il suffit de descendre, commencer par une baignade dans la piscine et finir dans la mer limpide, ou se faire doré sur les bains de soleil également fournis. De plus le petit sentier le long de la mer est sympathique et plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Je pense que c'est tout simplement le plus bel établissement de la côte.

The staff was very efficient, we had an issue with an uncomfortable odor but they took care of it immediately. The condo was spacious, and clean. The convenience to have the beach on your doorstep is priceless !

el apartamento (C1) estaba excelente, en fantásticas condiciones de limpieza, comodidad, etc. Solo tenía una pega importante.....es bastante ruidoso por el hecho de que por el baño atraviesa el conducto de ventilación de la cocina haciendo que el ruido de la máquina de extracción suene en el apto desde las 8:30 a las 23:30.....
