Great place to stay.

Great location

stay was OK. safe, easy access to hwy. rooms have a wet or humid smell, noisey from traffic. nothing to rave about but also nothing enough to complain- just OK.

Everything was great. Breakfast is yummy. Bed is comfortable. Everything is clean. Staff is friendly. Hi Inez. We had a great stay.

The staff makes this property for sure as they were all friendly and helpful. Gym is excellent and clean. Bed was very comfortable and quiet for a good night’s rest. No food or alcohol is available after breakfast other than a snack shelf. Nothing is close enough to walk - no shopping - no dining - no sidewalks even to walk on.

New and very clean. The staff is very polite and it offers a good price value choice

Property was close to my sisters home and easy to get to. Property is next to Hwy 290 and is loud at night. Above all about average

We never got any housekeeping services from the hotel staff during our stay. We checked in on the 20th of February. The next day I went to the front desk to ask if we could get a housekeeper to clean our room the staff at the front desk told me it would be the next day and I said okay. The next day one of the housekeeper lady came to my room and I was still in bed sleeping and I told her can u please come back I’m still sleeping, the lady said she doesn’t speak English and I said okay. Please come back later once again. I couldn’t go back to sleep so I left the room in case she comes back to clean the room. I came back to my room 4am in the morning my room wasn’t clean and it was the same way I left it. Nobody came to take out the trash the whole time I stayed at that hotel. And me being in a suite I thought it would make a difference, but it didn’t. I had to be putting my trash in plastic bags I took from my friend house. On Sunday I went to the front desk to talk to one of the staff that was there at the time which was the 23th of February. She was very unprofessional after I told her I haven’t gotten any housekeeper since I been here, and if she can send somebody to my roof to clean it and change my sheets. She told me the have a group coming in so they’ll be busy. So I told her I pay $970 for the room I’m in so what come the group that is coming in better than me? She lied and told me she will send somebody to my room and nobody went to my room.I don’t recommend the hotel

Functional for business travel.

Stayed at the hotel for two days without hot water. Management made no effort to communicate the situation.

Could have been a little cleaner, but not a bad place. Staff was friendly.

Rita was amazing. She loves her patrons. when i checked in I was asked if i needed house keeping???? I am staying 5 days and nights yes please.i was told they come every other day and that was fine. when they were supposed to come i went to my room and the only thing done was i got a new set of towels. i called the front desk and asked and was told oh they only do a refresh nothing else and was told they would be there on day 3. nothing and the phone call was made and was told they only come every other day. needless to say i got a new towel 1 time and no room service like trash removal or vaccum or anything. i had to go get toilet paper and what not myself.

Very nice room, no issues on our stay

Nice location. Room was clean and roomie.

I stayed in the hotel for three nights and asked for a light for my bathroom vanity and not a single person came to fix it. When I asked to just be switched to another room, they lied to me and said that they were sold out. Terrible service. On top of that, they never served breakfast one day. I won't stay again!!
