숙박시설에 체크인하는 방법과 안내가 전화와 직접 호스트를 만남으로 이루어져야 되는 부분이라 조금 어색했지만 열쇠를 받고 설명을 들어야 해서 충분히 납득 가능했습니다. 중간 출입문 열쇠가 걸려서 호스트에게 전화를 했더니 바로 다시와서 빼주었는데, 다리가 아파보였는데도 직접 달려와서 해주던 친절함에 너무 감사했고, 또 미안했습니다. 숙소건물 자체가 너무나 아름다웠고, 사진과 똑같았습니다. 먹을 것도 준비되어 있고, 휴게공간과 테라스는 동화속 같았어요. 다만 방 내부 바닥타일이 깨져있어서 걸어다닐때 소리가 좀 났다는것만 제외하고는 꿈같은 숙소에서 머무를 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 집 바로 앞에 버스정류장이 있는 교통 편의성도 좋았어요. 또 묵고 싶은 숙소였습니다.

Fikk tidlig innsjekk da vi dukket opp for å levere fra oss bagasje. Var et veldig lite hotell, tror det bare var 4 rom så veldig hyggelig sted. Noe lydt mellom rommene (spesielt når folk føner håret etter dusj tidlig på morgenen), men det gjør ikke så mye. Var ikke helt forberedt på bad utenfor rommet, men vi fikk vårt eget og det var rent og ryddig. Frokosten var ganske enkel, men absolutt godt nok for å holde det gående til lunsj. Fellesarealene var hyggelige, men vi tilbrakte lite tid på hotellet så fikk ikke brukt dem så mye. Ville bodd her igjen

The pictures are misleading to the actual size of the room. The pictures show the shared space which makes it look like that is a part of the room you stay in but it is not. Some rooms do not have a bathroom attached to the room, so you have a communal hallway to get to the bathroom. This isn’t in any description which would be helpful. We were moved to a room that had an attached bathroom the second night which was nice. The previous room was way too loud, you could hear every time someone opened the door or moved in the hallway. This was with earplugs. This would all be fine if it was explained previously. The breakfast that’s included is confusing. They have some dry food and snacks out, but in the fridge they had 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes, some yogurt and juice. I couldn’t figure out how to make the eggs. I thought someone would make us some food based on the description of the property. This is fine because there are a ton of brunch places walking distance so we were always fine with that. Ok next the bathroom situation. There is a short timer for the lights which will turn off your lights within a few minutes. This was in both bathrooms I used in both rooms. If you are showering or using the bathroom it will just turn off and you are in a dark room. It was EXTREMELY annoying. I have never been in a hotel or Airbnb that had anything like this. The shower itself needed to be replaced the head sprayed everywhere and seemed old and broken. The positives: great location and clean.

Check-in took a long time. Even though I informed of my arrival time in advance, it didn’t help, and although communication through WhatsApp was smooth at first, there was no response when I was waiting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned, and there were residues inside, so I had to clean it myself before using it and before even being able to sit down.

No one was there to greet us. We arrived at 8.30 at night. If one of the guests had not to help us, we would be on the street. We did not even receive an apology from the owner. The sink was clogged, shower to small to enter, drain of shower clogged. Tiles are broken.

Knap så god, der var tag selv service ift. morgenmad, hvilket ikke var særlig lækkert. Køkkenet var åbent til alle, og brugte service stod der længe, hvilket tiltræk fluer. Beliggenheden var rigtig fint, tæt på mange steder og hyggelig område.

This was the cutest and coziest place I’ve ever stayed. During our trip to Spain, we stayed at four different hotels, and this was by far my favorite. Our room was a good size, with twin beds that worked perfectly for two ladies for the night. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer! The property had a kitchen, a lovely seating area, and a charming patio where you could relax, enjoy a glass of wine, or read a book. It was conveniently close to restaurants and just a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia station. In the morning, we were treated to a sweet little breakfast, which made the experience even more special. Next time I’m in Barcelona, I would love to stay here again for a longer visit—this time, I’ll probably book the larger room with the terrace. Thank you, Ms. Delores, for welcoming us so warmly when we arrived and for leaving us the delicious breakfast!

A lovely place to stay.

The property is very old. However located in very good location! The entrance inside the lobby is with chipped paint. The rooms are on the 1st floor. The bathroom and toilet are in a separate room and need to cross corridor to go there. For 1-2 nights are Ok.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay - close to primary locations but out of the way enough that it was quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed having aircon during the heatwave, as well as the brekky options (we bought our own GF bread).
