Awesome location! Large room compared to others in the area.

Very clean and professional. Great for couples. Stayed 3 nights and had no issues.

It was very comfortable for a Tokyo hotel. They had many accommodations for us and also a gift. It was very clean and they were as helpful as can be considering two different languages would definitely return.

The Hotel D-wave is one of Japanese’s “Love hotel” which if you Google isn’t anything sinister, and gave us no problems over the week. On the plus side, friendlyhotel and staff in the real hear of everything in Shinjuku y de

So let's get this out of the way: I didn't know this was a 'love hotel' when I booked it! If you don't know what that is, look it up... However, don't let that turn you off from staying here! The hotel and it's staff were excellent. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and they have plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable. It's very close to the bustling nightlife of Shinjuku/Kabukicho, making it easy to get back to after a long night out. The only thing missing for me was a closet in the room to throw your clothes/luggage in, but that's probably only an issue if you're staying for several nights. Other than that, we really enjoyed it.

This hotel is a walking distance to the nightlife area and the train station. Staff was so friendly and welcoming

Staff is great, the hotel rooms are really nice. If you aren’t familiar with these types of hotels in Tokyo then I recommend looking elsewhere if you are solo or staying with family. It’s more of an hourly or day rate hotel. Very nice rooms but smells like cigarettes everywhere inside the hotel. Bali hotels offer more for food and drinks

We asked for a smoke free room. It was not. There was a lighter, An ash tray, and an air purifier running that reeked of cigarettes. The hallway and even the crack of the door smelled like cigarette smoke too.

The room was large and comfortable. It has a jacuzzi tub and sauna in the room. It is a smoking hotel.

Stayed for a week. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Hotel is nearby plenty of restaurants and close to Shinjuku station.

The room was spacious. The rooms were well supplied with soap, towels, and toiletries. The rooms were well cleaned every day. The negatives are the bed was not comfortable. The mattress was a futon. Also the room had no windows. The shower floor was marble and slippery.

This was very clean and provided everything we needed. Loved the massage chair in the room at the end of the day!
