직원 친절하고 시설 깔끔하고 편리해요.

조리도구, 커피머신 등이 갖춰져있고 따뜻한 느낌의 공간, 직원이 세비야 소개를 잘 해줬어요

작지만 깨끗하고 직원들의 친절이 돋보이는 호텔이었습니다. 호텔의 위치 또한 알카사르 주변으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음 세비야 여행 때 다시 숙박할 의향이 있습니다!

숙소내부가 생각보다 매우 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 그리고 발코니가 있어서 중간중간 알카사르도 볼수있어서 좋았어요. 서비스도 완벽했습니다. 퇴실 후 공항으로 가는 택시도 예약할수있어요. 문 바로 앞까지 택시가 옵니다.

체크인도 빨랐고, 주변 여행지 안내 지도도 받았어요! 뒤에 정원도 있어서 위치도 좋고 1층엔 식당도 있어요~

A fabulous place to stay and close to all the attractions. Added bonus of the peacocks outside the apartment. Lovely staff and incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends and family.

The rooms were specious and location perfect! There is a beautiful park next door and many restaurants to choose from! Located in the Jewish quarter and is 5 min walk to all the major attractions!

The staff was nice. However, the taxi that they hired for me charging me 5 Euros more than I was told.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The suite I received looked nothing like the photos advertised online, which was frustrating from the start and were drastically different than other suites on the same floor. The check-in experience was poor. When we entered the room, the lights and AC did not work. I called reception and was told someone would come to fix the issue, but after waiting more than 30 minutes, no one showed up. I eventually had to walk to the reception office, which is located off the property, only to be met with attitude and told they were busy. I was simply handed a card for the lights with no apology for the inconvenience or the long wait. I also raised concerns that the room was not what had been advertised online. My concerns were dismissed, and I was told that because they were fully booked, I could potentially change rooms the next day. However, no one ever followed up with me. The biggest issue was the condition of the room itself. The sheets and blanket on the sofa bed had visible dirty stains. The bathroom was in terrible condition—the shower leaked water all over the floor, the sink was clogged and filled with water, and there was a strong mildew and sewer smell with poor ventilation throughout the bathroom. For the price that I paid for a three-night stay, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Murillo in Seville. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the historic center, making it easy to walk to all the main attractions, restaurants, and beautiful streets of the city. The hotel has a charming and authentic Spanish atmosphere that made my visit even more special. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The hotel exceeded my expectations in both service and value. Seville was one of my favorite stops in Spain, and staying at Hotel Murillo made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city and would happily stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable stay! 🇪🇸❤️

It instructed us to check in at different location when that wasn’t accurate. Otherwise very smooth and as expected. Staff was amazing, especially night staff and cleaning!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. We were in the balcony room. The peacocks were right outside each morning and night; so cool. I would definitely stay here again!
