An excellent city hotel right near to just about everything. Ideal to walk into the old town, the more modern shopping area and also the rail and local transport

Hotel in posizione strategica. Camera spaziosa e letti confortevoli. Anche il divano letto con un materasso confortevole. Bollitore caffè e tè a disposizione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima. Tutto molto bene.

Posizione centrale comoda per il centro e per gli spostamenti, camera nuova e pulita. Bagno con bidet. Personale gentile. Colazione nella media.

Fine hotel, very comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Short walking to the centre. No bar facility would be the only negative, but plenty of options in short walking distance

Great location, good hotel for budget to mid range

Very nice hotel, nice rooms and great staff

Location was great for us and walkable to most places. Transportation was available to the best sites like museums so close to the train station, subway and buses. Breakfast was a zoo though. Too many people in too small a space. Rooms were small for my liking but we spent little time in it. No views in this busy part of the city to talk to.

Great experience and perfect location. The staff were very helpful, and the room was comfortable and very clean. Definitely recommended. I’ll stay here again on future trips to Bilbao.

hotel muy bien situado, habitación no muy grande pero adecuada, desayuno muy completo y muy buena atención en recepción. aparcamiento con inconveniente de estar un poco apartado y con plazas limitadas

The reception staff were helpful, room was clean. Good facilities. Convenient for central Bilbao. Breakfast a little underwhelming.
