아주 청결하고 직원들도 친절하고 수영장이 아주 훌륭했어요

제가 가본 호텔중에 손에 꼽을정도로 좋은 호텔이었습니다 프론트에서부터 영화에 나올법한 장면처럼 뷰가 펼쳐져있고 서비스와 침구상태 방 컨디션 모두 최상이었습니다 특히 우리를 맞이해주셨던 슈퍼바이저 마마(korean)분께 친절하게대해주신것에 감사드립니다 다음에 두바이에 간다면 다시 꼭 방문하고싶은곳입니다 사막투어나 투어 예약도 바로 도와주시는 전담 메니저분도계시고 특히 아침조식으로 신선한 과일 푸딩 그립습니다^^

깔끔합니다. 다만 주변 부대 시설이 없어서 차량이 없으면 택시타고 이동해야 하는 단점이 았습니다. 그 이외에는 매우 좋음.

Excellent great helpful staff and a lovely location

Great value for the money. Located in a relatively new area with some calm from the increasingly congested Dubai.

There are certain staff like Barakag that are absolutely annoying and coming to the room to collect the tax charges. They have no respect for cluent room they need tk review there staff at the recpetion. And than theyclaim they did a upgrade a d rhe upgrade as a platinum member with expedie the upgrade is for free

Smell in room and the staff in breakfast

Hotel room smelled like pee during the whole stay. We informed the house keeping but they didnt seem to care. Whenever I heard a flush noise from another room a pee smell diffused in our room. Another big issue is staff during breakfast time. They dont bring cutlery even if they see you sitting with your plate in front of you. If you catch one and tell them they will leave the table before even your sentence is finished so they dont have to take coffee or tea orders. If you keep talking fast you may be able to order coffee for yourself but they dont even ask let alone listen to other members of the table if you make her to listen she doesnt even say ok and turns around and leaves so you didnt know if you managed to order or not. Another important issue is the diffusers in the coridors. Its smells nice but the amount is more enough to suffocate people. The sheets were ripped. So never again.

A very bad experience

This is overpriced and horrible hotel! Since day one we experienced issues upon issues. This started with a non functioning safe box. We then experienced freezing temperatures in the room. When we complained, instead of fixing the AC issue, we experienced the opposite, I.e., sweltering temperatures at night when we could hardly get any sleep. We complained again but there was no resolution. When we asked to speak with the manager, we were told that there was no manager on duty on Sundays! The service was equally extremely poor. The breakfast was quite bad with cold pancakes and questionable quality of the pastries! The menu selection for a five star hotel was extremely limited! Service diring breakfast was alsopoor. When I asked for a spoon that should have been in the cutlery, I was rudely told to go get it myself! We had stained linens that were never changed until the last day of our stay and after our repeated complaints! To top it all, I injured my finger on two protruding screws in a room drawer!!! Adding insult to injury (literally!), the manager offered us a free dinner on the night we were leaving to make up for the horrible experience we had at the hotel! The only positive thing is the view from the hotel! Otherwise, this was truly an awful experience! I will never go back! A piece of advice: don’t be fooled by the beautiful pictures, stay away from this hotel!
