Ottima struttura, centralissima, pulita e personale gentile. Unica pecca: il parcheggio. Sulle strisce blu 20 euro al giorno, servizio parcheggio dell'albergo carissimo, 30 euro al giorno!!!

The room was too small

Estava com meu marido e dois filhos 10 e 14 anos, nos deram um quarto no primeiro andar de frente para a rua. O barulho incomodava bastante. O quarto era bastante quente o ar nao funcionava nessa epoca. Fomos no final de abril. O banheiro nao tinha box. De modo que molhava tudo ao tomar banho. Cafe da manha bom. Equipe atenciosa. Localização boa.

Breakfast was great, atmosphere appealing, bathroom will flood after showering

This hotel is very convenient and close to the port. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The Modernist Hotel is perfectly situated in the center of Trieste. Everything of interest can be reached without car or official transportation. We liked the interior of the hotel as well as the super friendly personnel at the reception and in the bar and breakfast corner.

Wonderful stay in Triesta!

Ein in Triest zentral gelegenes Hotel, bei dem man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erkunden kann. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker (vor allem der Cappuccino). Die Zimmer waren sauber und schön eingerichtet. Lediglich die Lautstärke der am Hotel vorbeifahrenden Motorräder waren etwas störend. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

Bellissima struttura nel centro di Trieste a pochi minuti da piazza unità d’Italia o da San giusto, molto accogliente e colazione ottima.

Room was sub-standard, TV channels didn't work, I think I found two which worked, window may as well have been open when closed, so noisy even with it closed. Heating/Cooling didn't work, I turned it off and still had to open the window while sleeping = no sleep at all due to the noise. Plumbing loud, i could hear when people flushed their toilet next door/upstairs. Only one towel provided, bar service disorganisednot amazing, better hotels nearby

Great location. We have the top floor family room and it was perfect for our family of 4 plus big windows with views and nice light!

Property was easy and convenient location. Dining options in the restaurant were limited however the facilities were good.

Hotel was well located in the city, plenty of shops and restaurants around, supermarket at the corner and the amphitheatre was just beside it too. Difficult on first entering to see where the reception desk is. Pleasant front desk staff but had to ask for city map. Room big enough and very comfortable bed. No view from window just other walls opposite with windows but overall that's not too important. For some parts design ruled over practicality - the hangers for clothes were quite high up so if you were 5' or under you would not reach. The same for the safe - too high. As for being able to reach the spare pillows etc no chance. Large sink but again things slid down the side into it. Shower design lead to floor flooding every time. The shower gel was extremely watery. The AC did not switch on but luckily were OK weather wise. The towels appeared to be changed everyday even though we hung them up to dry - did not see any mention of re-using them which we would have been happy to do. These were minor issues as the room overall was comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold options. Lovely cappuccino made to order. The bar man made great caiprinhias. Water flavoured with fruit available at reception as well as a lovely selection of sweets. Would stay here again.
