Location is good and check-in process went smooth. Room has bad smell which stayed hours after we checked in. Had to request for a room freshener that came next day. They don't have a 24hr room service or front desk. Only available between 10 to 6. Also, the response from staff was rude and unreasonable after they came to service the smell and other issues we noticed. We only asked if they had bar soap instead of liquid soap and here is what they replied. This is very rude customer service "Hello, good morning. housekeeping service told me you asked for solid soap and shampoo, change towels and throw the rubbish. we usually do the cleaning of the apartment 3 days after the arrival. This is an apartment, not a hotel room. If you need domething specific like shampoo o solid soap you will need to buy it int the nearest supermarket available. the liquid soap we have in the apartment is soap and shampoo at the same time." My response to them: "I was asking not demanding. Sorry don't appreciate you reminding me this is not a hotel. We stayed in similar serviced apartment places earlier and have had all these services. Also, I didn't ask to throw the rubbish, they offered it."

Esta bastante centrica y tranquila

L'hébergement est tres bien situé! Attention a ceux qui viennent en voiture au sein du quartier il n'y a pas de place il faut payé un supplément pour avoir le parking qui est tout près! L'inconvenient c'est que l'hebergement est situe juste a cote d'une boite de nuit et c'est bruyant toute la nuit...

Excelente ubicación

Lovely staff who were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or requests over Whatsapp. Room was spacious if a little bare, the kitchen had only a few pans/plates for us to use. AC/heating was a little clunky (didn’t work at times) and noisy. Good location!

Clean, good location very comfortable bed. Could do with small freezer in fridge - also a reading light on wall in bedroom. Could not get any TV at all and never saw reception staff after check-in. Feel host should communicate with visitors day after arrival to check everything OK. This would give host immediate feedback to improve visitor experience. Did feel secure as solo guest.

Great location and spacious apartment. I wish they provided simple things like some coffee/tea/sugar. The apartment did have all utensils, although the frying pan was of a very bad quality. No iron in the apartment. I'd stay here again

Apartment is nothing like it says online. Very old, heaps of mould in the bathroom, sofa bed broken - impossible to sleep on,..

Lejligheden ligger centralt i gå afstand til det meste. Der var rent, men der mangler en del køkkenudstyr for selfcatering. Ex. mindre fryseboks, som det ellers er anført skulle forefindes. Der var ingen brugervejledning til TV. Alt i alt dog en ok lejlighed, hvor den centrale beliggenhed er rigtig god. Kort afstand til Aldi.

The property needs some TLC

Just what we needed for a day and a half in Sevilla.

Very strong bad smell from bathroom . As a result we used the bathroom as little as possible. Reported and received a message back thanking us for informing them and they would let maintenance know. No thought to moving us to another apartment due to strong odour. Location great. Comfy sofa bed. Luggage room for early arrival. Friendly receptionist. Spacious and clean accomodation.

Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, in Gehdistanz zu allen relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Zentrum. Die Räume sind sinnvoll eingeteilt, die Betten bequem und die der Zugang hat einwand frei funktioniert. Das Parking im Einkaufscenter Saba war top, in 4 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und vom Vermieter organisiert. Zwei Minuspunkte: 1. Die Apparate im Bad waren nicht mehr richtig befestigt. Es wirkte alles ein bisschen billig. 2. Unmittelbar vor den Fenstern im Hof ist eine Bar, in welcher am Wochenende pausenlos (bis 07:00 Morgens) Musik gespielt und gesungen wurde. Daher nichts für leichten Schlaf 😉

Apartamentos sucio, con fuerte olor a tuberías, manchas en el sofá, frigorífico muy ruidoso y situado al lado de una discoteca.

Varios temas a tocar: Deberían tener siempre sabanas y cobija p/el sof/cama. 3 días utilizando chaquetas para taparme. Si van a limpiar cada 3 días, deberían poner cestos de basura más grandes no que solo tienen el mini cesto del baño. Entiendo que el olor a caño viene directamente por cuestiones ajenas al hotel, sin embargo sí que podrían poner desodorantes en las habitaciones. Los inodoros son escandalosos a morir, cada que alguien iba ya sea de mi habitación o de otras habitaciones, se escucha el escándalo que hacen. Debo reconocer que a pesar de que hay un bar abajo, una vez que las puertas están cerradas, no se escucha absolutamente nada. El fácil acceso, check in y comunicación perfecta! La zona maravillosa.
