The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly, especially the team at the Lebanese restaurant, who also provide excellent service during breakfast.

Nothing extremely bad.

Extremely not a good quality due to lack of security, response to staff concerns and issue, expensive and not worth the money. Not responsive staff to customer concerns.

Great place with excellent service. Don't miss the Lebanese restaurant.

The lighting system in the rooms are quite complicated and the air conditioning system is not working well and the area is so noisy that can’t sleep until midnight!

My door was broken. I had to slam it in order for it to shut. But other than that, my stay was amazing!

This is a beautiful property and the staff did everything to make our stay comfortable

Excellent hotel, very clean, friendly staff & great food

Overall experience was just okay. The reason why is that some of the rooms don’t have coffee machines. I had to request one. They brought one but it was not working. I called the reception and they sent someone to check it. The guy came took it and never come back. At the end I never used the machines.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. It’s well located and has good facilities. Breakfast is also decent
