모든 게 좋았어요. 다만 제 방이 큰길에 가까워서 좀 시끄러웠어요.

호텔 건물은 날카로운 모퉁이에 위치해 있습니다.

가격 대비 좋은 가치와 좋은 위치

음식 노점 근처의 전략적 위치, 편안하고 깨끗한 환경.

매우 시끄러워요, 모든 게 들리고, 자정까지 차량이 시끄러워요. 이 호텔은 다시는 이용하지 않을 거예요. 아기가 있다면 적합하지 않아요

숙박이 좋았고 가격 대비 만족도가 높았습니다.

Hotel bersih. Toilet bersih. Air kuat. Bilik selesa. Dekat lobi ada mesin basuh n dryer, ada water dispenser. Luar hotel nampak biasa, tapi dalam memuaskan. Alhamdulillah. Saya biasa tidur di GM Hotel kalau ada majlis di Kuantan. Recommended 👍🏼

Sangat selesa. Kemudahan lengkap. Bilik bersih. Cuma air shower agak perlahan. This is my 2nd time staying in GM Hotel Kuantan. Keep it up!

Business suit la sangat, masuk-masuk air toilet tak de rupanya kena onkan kat main stop cock sebab bocor sana sini. Mandi air banjir sebab lubang air sumbat. Parking pun sikit, park depan kedai pagi-pagi kena alihkan kereta sebab lori hantar barang ke kedai. Bantal dah lah nipis, 1 je plak tu, carpet berbau, indah kabar dari rupanya.

Book two room but one of the room not sure the water pump is above or what, whole night the pump very noisy and unable to sleep well due to the noise. The room was okay just the noise pollution.

Good hotel to Stay. Recomended.

Hotel is clean and the staff is really friendly.

Room is noisy. Facing to main road, but easy to find. The water is leaking. Design is good. Must bring own toiletries. Only provide towel.

This will be my favorite hotel when I travel to kuantan for work.

1. Room table led lamp is loosely hanging by the wall and not working. 2. I have paid Rm3 during booking via taveloka. At the reception, we are required to pay deposit Rm50 and another Rm3 for tax. (No receipt provided) 3 hotel parking lots are occupied by non customers. Customer from nearby restaurants parked his car and walked to restaurant depriving hotel customer the parking facility. 4. Hotel provides 2 packets of coffee and 2 cups. But there are no spoons to stir the coffee powder.

Surprisingly good. At first I was skeptical because the are was surrounded by many foreign worker, almost like lebuh ampang in Kuala Lumpur. But the hotel was clean and spacious. I extended one more night and was given a discount. Thanks.

Best hotel in Kuantan. Strategic location in the middle of town.

Pressure pressure so slow, water dripping noisy. Room telephone cannot function.

Bilik ok as expertise👌🏻 Parking senang jumpa, dekat dengan bandar.👎🏻 Cuma bising sangat-sangta, lorong belakang bising dengan she, pukul 2 pagi bising entah apa-apa, pukul 8 pagi ada orang ketuk pintu.

Great hotel, reception is spacious, clean and staffs are very attentive. There are elevator to upper floor. Our Room is spacious and clean. Beds was queen size and single size. The bed is very comfy and the pillow is very good quality. Bedding and towel is clean. Toilet is clean and feels like expensive toilet. Only complaints are the toilet is a bit dim and water pressure is low. Overall is was a great experience and definitely will stay here again.
