이 가격으로 갈수 있는것만으로도 고마웠어요. 수건, 시트는 요청하면 바꿔 주셔요. 오래된 호텔입니다. 하지만 깔끔하고 리조트느낌, 수영장도 있고. 직원들 다 친절하고 그래요. 주방이 있어 음식도 해먹고. 좋은거 기대 하시는 분은 더 비싼곳 가시면 됩니다. nice fee. thank you. if you wanna more service, you should go more expensive hotel. this is enough. they are kind. thank you again.

Locations is convenient, accessible to many areas and the price is great. Staff is really friendly and accommodating. Staff shares a lot of useful information. The only down side is the room looks outdated, bathroom is a little old I found a cockroach in the closet.

We cancelled our reservation upon arrival.

The experience was not pleasant. No house keeping during our three nights’ stay. We had to go to the front desk to ask for clean towels every day before 10 pm coz there would be no one there to help you after 10pm. Hygiene is definitely an issue as we found cockroaches during our first night stay.

Decent enough place for the price. No elevator to our room. AC really struggled to keep us cool enough. Pool was acceptable. Cooled us off. There was a washer/dryer so that was convenient. Gates closed overnight.

The building is very old. It's a good place if you are looking for a cheap room & great location.

The pictures are definitely different than the actual property. They charge a $35 resort fee. They don't have room service. The pool looks so dirty. Couldn't even get in it. I would never stay at this hotel again

Very close to fort derussy beach and the Waikiki too not a luxury hotel but if you want a kitchen and donc want to spend money at restaurants everyday its good place

Location

I didn't want to stay along Ala Wai canal. That is why I chose this hotel. It was goo stay.

This hotel needs to update their photos and stop trying to fool people online. This “hotel” is very outdated, has cement block walls, the AC can keep up to keep the room a comfortable cool, the ceiling fan sounds as if it’s gonna fly off the ceiling. We did not utilize the kitchenette because we were scared to eat off anything. The shower looked like it would give you a fungus if you touched it and was very tiny.

the location is inconvenient if you have a car, all parking around/nearby is paid parking only. the staff is very friendly.

My wife didn’t feel safe. (She was fine at all of our other stops in HI). They kept coming up with larger fees than advertised. I could not find the promised limited parking at all. I don’t think it existed. They kept pointing to the more expensive parking options. The described free overnight parking was another $85. Room was dated, and my wife felt it was dirty. Worst stay of a 10 day trip. Pay a little more for a better place.

Property was great. Exactly as pictured and staff is awesome.

The building is older, but suited our needs. The air conditioners need to be replaced. We had to open 2 windows at night and run the AC so the room would be cool during the day. Run your AC the entire time of your stay. Be aware the room you book might not be like the one in the pictures. Our room was missing 1 of 4 of the room dividers. We were moved to a new room the next day. Also, I was charged more than what was due according to my Expedia receipt. I spent about an hour explaining that I paid everything that was due. The guy on duty said, "I don't know that's from Expedia." I even opened the app in front of him and showed the downloadable receipt. I went the next morning and the lady there was very helpful. I was refunded my money. The hotel is located really close to the beach. It's good value for the location. Just be more truthful with the pictures and prices so people can make an informed decision.
