방음이 잘 안되서 자는데 조금 시끄러웠던 기억입니다. 직원분들과 호텔 환경은 쾌적하고 좋았어요.

There’s a wonderful hotel and good price!

I had a fine stay. The hotel and room check the boxes for most things. Just found it to be expensive for what it is. A no frills, simple, modern hotel. Sound between rooms and floors was more noticeable than other places I have stayed.

We loved our stay at element! There were food options, just across the parking lot, the pool was great, breakfast was was convenient and tasty (very limited gluten-free options if any, not clearly labeled), staff or incredibly friendly and helpful, the entire property and bedrooms were very clean, and the beds are heavenly brand so they were super comfy!

Great hotel for a short stay. The room was cute! Everything appeared new, the bed was comfy and the room even had a sink and kitchen area but without a stove of course. It was quite useful even just for one night. My biggest grievance was that some of the staff could definitely use some guidance when it comes to hospitality. We weren’t promptly helped nor greeted once we got there and we even had to call for assistance from someone who was just in the room next to the front desk, which felt weird since she definitely was able to hear us waiting. Aside from minor customer service issues, the hotel is worth it.

very noisy room next to the highway. asked for a room away from the highway and the lady at the counter gave one closest tonthe hwy!!! could not sleep and had to move to another room, but still noisy. Also, in the second there was hair in the shower. Asked the housekeeping lady to clean it

Big room! Kitchen is a ! Very clean and excellent service. Extra points for the amazing breakfast and full day access to their espresso machine. Perfect for families. Will definitely come back!

Great hotel - everything we needed in the room including dishware. Clean, safe location in business park. Amazing breakfast- so many great healthy options and good for vegetarian. Also very eco- friendly compared to other hotels. Drivable for day trip to San Francisco. Very nice staff. Pool area and hot tub very nice. Only thing didn’t like was system charged large security deposit in error.

Pleasantly stunned and surprised with the state of rooms. It had a full fridge, stove and sink with filtered water. The showers were nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable and I slept amazing. It was like being on a cloud. Can’t rave enough about this. Only thing I wish was different was the breakfast being a bit earlier. We had to leave so early we didn’t get to try it out. But we will be staying again if sports bring us that way soon.
